He would barely work on me before handing me off to someone who wouldn't even supervise me. The whole office is made up of people completely disconnected from their jobs. Once I went to my surgeon check up he said I was well behind where I should be and was at risk of getting Frozen Shoulder. I switched to ProSport and they whipped me into shape because they actually care about their patients. Now to make matters worse they are trying to double bill me for a session. Avoid this scam!!

I first discovered Performance Place through their free resources on YouTube, which were fantastic and gave me the confidence to reach out for help with my nerve issues. I initially thought I had a cubital tunnel problem, but Mandy quickly and accurately diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy (C5-C7) and a flexion-intolerant neck. That diagnosis was critical, it showed me how important it is to be seen by a professional who can provide an accurate medical diagnosis and care plan, rather than wasting time with the wrong self-diagnosis and exercises. We went through a series of customized exercises that evolved session by session based on how I was feeling. Mandy created videos for me to reference at home, kept detailed notes on my progress, and adjusted the plan accordingly. Her attention to detail was exceptional. She also laid out exactly how long it would take to see improvement, and was spot on. A few of the key exercises (chin tucks, shoulder raises, and the backwards 'underhand dart-throwing' ulnar nerve glide) consistently improved and alleviated my symptoms and gave me tools to manage flare-ups independently.
