I really appreciate Dr. Rivera! I have been a patient here since the day that Dr. Rivera took over the practice from Dr. Olivera. I am a fragile patient and I have PTSD from childhood trauma in a dental office. I shared this with the dentist and I am very pleased that he is very sensitive to me. Yes. I am a regular patient for my cleanings and other dental needs which includes the lab on site and that is a big plus for my dental needs. I have been here for what I would call urgent/emergency dental needs and Dr. Rivera has not failed me. I drive from Riverside because when you have a very good dentist you will make the drive and keep him. Dr. Rivera has a sense of humor and it shows with his team and it decompresses to the already stressful situation of having dental work done. Past dental experiences have not been too great at other locations and only decided to finally get dental treatment again out of necessity after losing a filling. Highly recommend no one goes here, they overcharge and don't run your insurance the same day. Went in for a tooth extraction and wanted anesthesia to not feel the pain. They charge me three times for the anesthesia knowing my insurance doesn't cover it and took one month and a half to find out how much my insurance will cover. read more

He's very calm, considerate, and explains everything he's doing. The day he transformed my smile, I cried. It's been so long since I've smiled without covering my teeth. Excellent office! I was able to get a next day appt for a cleaning and fractured tooth. Letty was my hygienist. Not only is she sweet and funny, she made me feel comfortable and did a nice job cleaning my teeth. She was also very professional and clean. Dr. Rivera had a gentle and humorous demeanor that also made me feel comfortable especially when I was on edge about having a fractured tooth. He reviewed my xrays and explained the possible work I would need in a followup appt. He seemed very honest and down to Earth in his detailed explanations which made me feel at ease.
