He also gave me my old parts (something not enough people do/ask for, more to make sure they actually got you new stuff). Since some of the parts came from China it did take a while. Mark and his crew arrived promptly and they worked efficiently and cleaned up very well. We had speakers installed in the ceiling and also in our sunroom. It was bent and crooked and looked like your average joe screwed it in to my new paint with his eyes closed. Very sloppy. I was billed for 4hours labor while the tech was onsite for less than 50minutes...1/2days work for a quick slap and dash mount $350... I spoke to the manager who assured me the issue would be fixed though it never was. I had to ask 4 different times over the course of a week just to get a paid invoice. I tried to contact customer support and never got a reply. $350for a damaged mount in a place where it is already causing damage to my home, zero help after. I didn't want to post here but there's nobody else to talk to!
