This place is an absolute roller coaster! The first time there was a problem. The second time it…read morewas amazing! This time was a complete unmitigated disaster. First time I went there were problems with the food quality but the young lady at the cashier was kind and had a great personality and smile,so I reached out to Management via feedback and they got the problem resolved. The second time I came it was wonderful. I had allowed about a month to pass so that there could be retraining and management refresh. It was so good that I went back in and bought more so that I could take it home to PLANO, Texas to my wife who enjoyed it thoroughly. Again we had the same cashier whose catchphrase was I got you! She made it a nice experience. Tonight was just a reflection of poor Management top to bottom. The cashier looked irritated to be there and did not crack even a grin. She wore a scowl. No graciousness, no kindness. I did not feel welcome to be there. I placed my to go order on the app I went in at the appropriate time and they did not have my order. They had to search for it and then finally after we went through and I showed the order she took it over to the service line where they promptly informed me it would be 20 minutes to make the chicken. I wasn't in a big hurry and the woman who was in the line doing the serving was also very kind and had a nice smile and she make me feel like it was going to be taken care of properly so I waited. You can also tell the person working The Grill on the line was experienced. After about 25 minutes, my food did come out, but my order was wrong. I paid for a substitute to get the salad. I had to go back in and let them know. I was missing the salad. The same girl at the register then handed me a salad with the blue cheese dressing and walked in the opposite direction. I don't recall hearing an apology or anything kind or come back welcoming. Just the opposite. The salad that she handed me was disgusting! It was about halfway full, and most of the lettuce was brown and wilted. there were no carrots. There were no tomatoes. It was just sad. It looked like it had been served and then put back. So I'm sitting in my car and looked at this and decided I spent extra money for this and I wasn't going to accept it. I went back in and let her know that the salad was not appropriate and showed her what it looked like. She immediately threw it into the trashcan, but did not offer to look for one that was fresher when I asked if there was one that looked better. So I stated that I would just take the grilled vegetables. At that point, she said that's going to be another 5 to 7 minutes. At this point, I've been There nearly half an hour between waiting for my order and waiting in line to get my order and then waiting to return things that we're not right in line. So I. told her no, I wasn't gonna wait another 5 to 7 minutes for vegetables when I've been there that long. I started to walk away and then she said well what if I have another salad? She reached in and brought out a perfectly good, nice looking salad the difference was night and day! I have no idea why they served that junk that they handed me the first time. Again, no apology no graciousness. Just handing me the salad. I'm sorry but this place needs management training. Serious management training. The chicken itself was tasty. In fact, it was good, but I have a feeling that the macaroni was too warm as I've had it before. Based on my experience, I don't feel safe coming here in the future. Too many problems and too many opportunities to get sick or be given something which isn't right. Sadly, I when it's right I love the chicken, but it just isn't worth the drama. I can spend my money elsewhere and get consistent product and generally someone with a smile or at least that doesn't resent me being there as customer. Sadly **** NOT RECOMMENDED ****

The outside of the store was very nice, as I entered the store it was well lit, so I proceeded on and began to walk down each aisle looking at all the different products on the very clean, well organized shelfs and refrigerated display cases. I walked up and down every single aisle in the whole store scanning the huge variety of products offered for sale. I noticed the staff members were diligently working stocking the shelfs, cleaning as they worked. This store is very clean, very well organized. As I completed my tour of this store I walked up to the exit doors and I stopped and paused for maybe 3 to 4 seconds then I proceeded to my vehicle got in and I sat there and felt a bit sad , I feel like it was because the whole time I was looking over your store I was never looked at or spoken to by any of your staff members. It was as if I was invisible. I am not looking for anything from Ann's I just wanted to share my experience that all .

The sandwich was LOADED with meat and toppings. Savory goodness with a hint of spice from the peppers, which by the way were perfectly marinated. For my side I got the bbq kettle chips which are always great, super crunchy and flavorful. Of course I got the ice tea, well because it's Mc Alister's ice tea. It's the BEST! My friend had the club, which was so big, she couldn't finish it all. Her sandwich was also loaded with meat and toppings. They seriously don't skimp on the food. Her side was potato salad. I was surprised what a generous portion they gave. It had quite a bit of paprika on top but it complimented the creamy potato salad perfectly. Yes, she also got the iced tea but hers was sweetened. In the age where everyone seems to be complaining about portion sizes, McAlisters did not let us down. I highly recommend that if you want a bang for your buck, you stop here for a sandwich and get the iced tea for Pete sake!

A lot of missed notes that make every other Panera better: no slicing of the grape tomatoes,…read moreregular tomatoes are mealy and slaughtered by (I can only imagine) a butcher with a guillotine, bacon is all fatty parts and tastes like it was prepped the night/days before, vastly fewer options than other Panera's (vegetables as a whole are clearly hated here), bread is unrelentingly yet consistently stale, and I'm afraid that the people who put my orders together are wholly opposed to salt's existence. Today's offense (and review) comes courtesy of the green goddess avocado toast. It was shockingly effervescent, but I didn't eat enough to do too much harm to my GI tract. I hope. The three bites I had (first two bites were just bread because it was a barren, sparse wasteland of "toast") were appallingly not seasoned, which is impressive considering green goddess is in the name. How you've managed to shame the simplicity of avocado toast is lost on me. I'm baffled, sad, hyponatremic, and hungry. What's good? The chips. Which I'll now just buy at a Dallas location when the mood strikes because the bitter, unseasoned disappointment in this location is depressing. Especially in this economy, yikes.
