From the first conversation with the owner, on the phone, she was very willing to help and come up with solutions and ideas for my situation. I visited the location because my daughter's dance photoshoot is on the weekend and I was nervous that it wouldn't arrive on through the mail on time. When I walked in I was greeted and helped. The owner was with another client but made sure to let me know if I needed anything or any help she would be right with me. She immediately remembered our convo on the phone and one she was done she was very attentive and helped find the right size for my daughter. The costume ended up being a tad bit too tight on the top and the neck piece too loose, she assured me it wasn't a problem and she could make a costume in a day and have it ready by the afternoon. The costume fit her well, but it moved when she danced, so the mesh exposed too much as she danced. I could only return it for store credit, but had to pay return shipping, and shipping to get a new costume because I had to use the store credit. The costumes are expensive and not worth this hassle.
