They even teach an accredited martial arts class (Aikido) in the evenings at no charge for members of the gym. The equipment is state of the art with a wide variety and choices. The fitness center is clean and well kept. I love the fact that the doors are locked to everyone except members. When you join you get an electronic key fob that gives you access 24/7. I've been going here for 18 months and still look forward to coming here. I feel safe and secure here, unlike some big gyms that have cars and lockers broken in to several times a week. This gym costs more, but then again, you get what you pay for.
