Very money driven and the way they treat people is very high school behavior, with favoritism with certain kids and parents while the rest get overlooked and put to the side. Also the minute you voice your problems and issues with them they don't fix the problems being voiced instead they lash out and try to get you to not mention them to anyone else and when you talk about leaving the company they remove you from all media platforms connected to the company.
