I've been coming to this gym for about 6 months and it's been great! I really like the tailored,…read moresmall group personal training classes because they are challenging and generate real results. Even though I like working out, when I do it alone I'm at risk of becoming a lazy gym robot who just repeats the exercises I like at a comfortable weight without really pushing myself. This, unfortunately, leads to diminishing returns over time. What I like about FitMethod 413 is that you can never become a lazy gym robot because the workouts change every day. You don't just get to pick the easy exercises you like, and the trainers encourage you to lift heavier weights (within reason). That is why I think it's worth it to pay for a membership to this gym, rather than just coasting by at some other gym, or going to a group fitness class that's so crowded you can cut corners because the trainer won't notice. Another thing I like about this gym is that a lot of the exercises are compound moves, so (for example) instead of just doing a squat or a bicep curl, you will do a squat with a bicep curl. You can feel that these are better exercises that give you more results for your time in the gym. And it's helpful to have a trainer on hand to assist with form. For someone that's trying to lose weight or new to working out, I think this would be a good gym because there is nutritional coaching in the unlimited membership, and that accountability of balancing your workout and your food intake is helpful. Also, everyone here is super approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

In order to get the "full body" experience, FIT 4:13's method targets and focuses on different parts of the body- ie: Wednesday is Leg Day. The facility is really nice, they make great use of a smaller space for classes of 8 or less. No gimmicks or tricks here. I enjoy coming in, love the people (both the coaches & fellow classmates), and the support for a healthy lifestyle is incredibly helpful. I'm super awkward and not very athletic. They are constantly directing me which I desperately need and ask for. I also really love that I can use the MindBody app and register for classes easily. This is the best thing I've found in a long time :)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I put a freeze on my account. To my knowledge, once my membership ended, that would be it. Six months later, I was charged after I thought my membership ended. I called multiple times (I had to walk to the other side of the street because I do not have service at home) the same day I was charged and I drove to the studio at an hour I thought they would be open (per google hours of operation). I had to email to finally reach someone. I was told that a voicemail was sent to me on June 15th letting me know my freeze would come off and I'd be charged month to month. I do not have cell service in my area, therefore I had no knowledge. Ironically, they could not email me about my membership coming off freeze and charging me nonth to month, but they could email me a nice "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!". I appreciate the well wishes, but going forward please notify your patrons via email if a charge is coming. It's an ethical business practice and shows you care. I haven't heard back from F45 Land O'Lakes on my charges. I just hope this review reaches someone so the process can be improved. Please be aware, my negative rating is solely on their shady charges and inability to reach back out. They fit into the stereotype of shady gyms that make it impossible to leave. The workouts are great and you DO get results! This experience shows me that under the chisled exterior of F45, corporate greed supercedes customer service. See my previous review for the "current member with no intent of cancellation, perspective. I would still recommend, just be aware of their cancellation policy.

Left feeling super pumped and energetic, which is a lot for an early wake up call to make a 6am class. Christina was on her game and kept us all motivated and moving. Good clean gym with quality equipment and solid music. Love the fact that the workout is always different, easy yet effective. Location has two restrooms and two water fountains. Easy checkin process online so no need to show up and spend an hour signing up. Give it the one week try. You can do anything for 45mins right?

I was charged $10.69 at the day of signing and will be charged 74.89 at the end of this month now that they have opened. This includes the $21.40 a month charge with a 53.49 annual fee. The one day only sale also included free towel service which my husband was excited about. In total for the year, it will cost $320.98 for a spectacular gym! The Black card gives access to other EOS locations, which can be beneficial when traveling. If there is another EOS gym opening, I would highly recommend following so you can get in on their one-day presale. I almost joined the Lutz location when they opened and kicked myself that I didn't but am very happy I got in on this Hudson location. The towel service is $10 a month and there was an option to add it on for a penny during the sale but my husband happened to miss checking off the box. Thus, it didn't show as a separate line item later. The staff said it was no problem and it was included in the package. However, later we noticed it wasn't showing up. Since I had originally signed up with Sam, I reached back out to her to see if she could help me. This was after speaking to several different people over the phone and in person to have this fixed. The system is global, so it wasn't an easy fix since it was included, and the gym wasn't opened yet. Sam was awesome as she reached out to her manager, and they contacted corporate, and we now have towel service. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. This goes a long way showing her excellent work ethic and character. People say a lot of things: I will look into it, I will get back to you, I will get it fixed...and many times nothing comes of it. Thus, I am so very thankful for her caring and consistent follow up and excellent communication. This gym has almost every piece of equipment or piece of machine you would ever want, if not a variety to work out the same muscle/muscle groups. There is plenty of space between the machines and areas for walking and working out, so you don't feel cramped and on top of others. There are different free weight areas, TRX, cardio machines, a separate room for recording if you want to grab pics for social media posts, water refilling station, movie theater to do cardio, areas for stretching and so much more. Some of the machines are smart machines so you can check in with the desk or coaches to create a profile and get a wrist fob so you can track your workouts. It all ties into the EOS app. The pool has lines for laps. Not sure if they will have an open swim in the schedule or not. The hot tub has a timer for the air bubbles and a chair for assisting exit and entry for those who might need it. The women's bathroom has a swimsuit spinner which is AWESOME. Not a wet soaking suit in the gym bag after a quick whirl. I haven't been into the sauna but that is just off the side in the locker room as well. There are group classes that you can sign up for using the app. The classes open up for registration about a day in advance. I heard someone say 26 hrs before but I am not sure if that is right. I went to my first Body Balance class which was a combo of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. There were over 30 ppl in the room and we were next to each other but I didn't feel cramped. The room is large with an equipment storage space off of it which has mats, weights, and everything needed for the group classes. There is a childcare room for an additional monthly fee, an area to buy protein, supplements, drinks, snacks, and swag. There are a variety of people of all ages and fashions which is great to see. A really nice well-rounded community that has been friendly. There are lots of coaches working with clients which gives off a great vibe. With the amount of people using the gym I was a bit disappointed to see how much cleaning it already needs. First from the general construction (I can see it having worked in construction) and two from the general turn over of members. I've seen this slip in other gyms as many places don't "make" money from having cleaning staff vs having coaches who sign up clients but we will soon see. The showers, bathrooms, and pool areas could use regular cleaning throughout the day. I am a stickler for cleanliness as no one wants to be on the floor doing pushups, crunches or stretches while breathing in and looking at dust bunnies. The lockers are half sized with a top and a bottom space. You would need to bring your own lock. There are lockers with locks in the common area that are smaller cubbies if you need or want to drop a few things off. Happy fun exercising! Health is wealth, and it's never too late to get started!

Each time I had my personal training I would schedule it and each time that I would check in for training I would scan my fingerprint so that it could be registered that I had training. Then I wanted to end my membership. I went into the facility when I decided to cancel my membership and my I signed a tablet which would be paperwork that canceled it. I checked a few months later on my checking account and they were still charging me for my membership and personal training sessions that I wasn't even attending. I went into the facility several times trying to get somebody to help me but getting beyond the front desk was ridiculous. They kept saying that somebody would call me they didn't, somebody would email me they didn't and I had to go back a month later and tell them they're still charging me. I literally had to have my bank put a stop payment because they wouldn't stop charging me. They admitted that they shouldn't have been charging me and nobody has refunded me my money so if you want to get robbed go to that facility.

As a 40yo busy mom of 3 I'm ashamed to admit I had never gone to the gym and was a total marshmallow of a beginner. The first few days were fantastically horrible-- I was sore all over and couldn't even lift my arms to brush my teeth. But we kept going 3-4 times a week, and after a while I kinda got the hang of it. I could feel myself getting stronger as the weeks passed, which was super exciting. Something I especially loved was using their fitness app, which you get access to as a member. Even if you don't want to do extra workout at home or don't have the time, it's still helpful in getting you acquainted at least with how things are done. F45 really means business and will push you to make the most of the 45 minutes you're there. Each session is new so it's never boring. MWF are cardio days, TTH are strength days, SS are a hybrid-- and they're all a killer (in a good way)!! Most of the regulars taking the same classes have been there for a long time, as evidenced by their killer bods and the heavy weights they could lift. I've felt like the weakest member the whole time we were there but I knew that if I had stuck with it I was on my way to becoming really fit as well. Quite funny that I absolutely dreaded showing up Every.Single.Time. But I've always felt AMAZING after each workout, knowing that I had just done something good for myself and that I never would've gotten the same level of workout by going to a regular gym. For me, it helped a lot doing it with a friend, as my accountability partner. The coaches I've had (Amber, Jeannie, Jake, Christine-- there are several more but these 4 were the ones who were always there at the time slots we signed up for) were always so friendly and helpful in making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. And of course, the owner, Lili, is the nicest! She's just such an inspiration and was so accommodating-- she even set up a meeting with us to give us some useful information about proper diet and healthy lifestyle. Overall, I've had a great experience at F45 and will recommend it to anyone looking to find a fitness place or community that will positively change your life and how you look at your health.
