Lots of weights, friendly staff and no stupid rules. Excellent walk in rates as well. A 7 day pass is only $21. The Bad: Honestly, the place needs a really good cleaning. Not a lot of cardio equipment and what they do have is in need of updating. The music playing in the gym each time I came was gangster rap, which I could have really done without. Overall though, I got some good workouts in and if I was in the area again I would use this gym.

I have a powerlifting meet coming up and while that is definitely not the vibe of this gym, it worked out. From an outsider's perspective, this seems like a facility largely focused on one-to-one client coaching. The several trainers I saw seemed attentive to clients. I don't know the background of the gym but it has a "small family-owned" feeling to it. There is a full range of machines and free weights; showers, lockers, and a few things (e.g. protein powder / shirts) for sale.

I loved the playlist CONS: - could use some sprucing up, perhaps a cleaner and cooler update to the look of the place. It's not bad, don't get me wrong. Just needs a little oomph - dumbbells were disastrously placed and the kettle bells. It took me a minute to figure out weights and location of them. - KB had the weights scratched off. - Were there slam balls? It was a good little place to get my workout in while away from home (Los Angeles) and I would def recommend it to locals or anyone visiting. I really appreciated te owner being so cool and giving me the freedom to do what I wanted if I wanted to opt out of the class. He even gave me a paper, pen, and clipboard for my workouts. Quite a bit of stuff for the small building. Some of the equipment is old, but still has lots of life left. Every time I've been there, it has never been busy, except once. At around 9am, they started rolling in the customers, but I was about to be done with my workout by then anyway, so it didn't get too bad for me. At 7:30 they're good, and evenings are also good. I recommend this place because they are cheap, open 24 hours, and the owner is friendly.
