If there is any concerns addressed they do their best to resolve it. When greeting on phone, I believe they should say their name first so It sounds more welcoming. And not so stiff sounding. Especially, since the person on the other end of phone probably doesn't know how sweet the office Staff are.

The teachers are the most amazing humans who truly care about your kid and have a great balance of cheering them on and guiding them to their best potential. I adore every single one of them. They have given my daughter (and I) so much love and support that I'm forever grateful for. I also take their adult classes which has been the most amazing experience for me as well. Yes, it's great fitness and fun. But it has also honestly been such a light in my life on my darkest days and been so great for my mental health. It's incredible spacious and the lighting and overall design is great. Their production quality is amazing, you will get the nicest videos after every class. They set it up so it's incredible easy for you to download. They also plenty of cubby space for your to store your personal items while dancing. Instructors I can't say much here since I took only one class but they seem all really friendly and passionate. Booking/Signup You can book online, it's pretty straightforward. You can look at the calendar and sign up. I love that they put previews of what you would be doing if possible so you know what you're signing up for. You can buy one class or multiples in packs. I definitely think it's well worth the price they charge. Classes THEY OFFER SO MANY CLASSES, I was honestly surprised at the breadth of class types they offer. We joined midway of the school year around March. Being a total newbie, I emailed the dance center and got a really detailed explanation and some videos for me to decide what level I should sign my kid up for. They had classes outdoor in person as well as online. During the program, Leann, the center manager is always helpful to my questions. Turns out she's one of the great dance teacher too! The dance recital was in June and it was held in the park nearby. I like this setting for kids because the kids can watch all other dance performance and be exposed to a various kinds of dances. The teachers are very accommodating for the little ones. There's a little one crying before getting on the stage and the teacher picked her up and danced the whole song on stage with the kiddo in her arms! They have performance teams going for competitions and you can see the skills are a bit better than the regular classes. I would say the focus of this center is not to get winning is so many competitions, but more on getting the kids to enjoy dancing and get them moving. My kid joined a hip hop class with Veksler when she was 5 and she wasn't into it as it was much more focused on the performance. Now that she's older and we let her try Jazz and she likes it much better, so I'm happy of the result.

I started learning dance with Ceech with very little dance experience. I've taken a few dance…read moreclasses elsewhere but with Ceech, the learning experience has been more rewarding. He focuses on making your foundational skills more solid. For a beginner, it's easy to rush to look cool but with Ceech, a lot of patience is involved from him into making a move really solid. This is exactly what I'm looking for from my dance coach -grounding the basic moves really well. In helping his students get to a move, I appreciate the progressive approach he takes into getting to the final move. Not only does Ceech break it down into smaller and easier steps, he also improvises progressive steps that starts from the easier moves that leads to the more complicated moves and eventually to the move we're trying to nail down. He does this based on what he observes real time about your situation and your current dance skills so I actually end up learning the move faster than if I were to just practice the harder move 10,000 times. I also appreciate Ceech's knowledge in dance in general. I also share my experience from my other dance classes with him and sometimes we talk about moves from my other classes as well. You can also learn a lot about the history of hip hop from him, for those who are interested. So far, I've had about 6-7 lessons with Ceech but I do see myself learning from him long term.
