I had already taken a variety of other Lagree classes before but I definitely needed a refresher on how to use the reformer. Olivia was thorough and listened to the needs of others who needed accommodations/modifications. She was also super motivated and challenged our class with her workout set. I came out the studio with my whole body quivering! The studio is very bright and allows for so much sunlight which I love. However, there seemed to be a little bit of a light funk of body odor that lingers throughout the place. I hope they find a way to circulate fresh air around the studio to make it a better visit next time!

If the location would have been close to my house I would have definitely taken 3 classes a week. It's really a fun way to get a workout. I'd called the studio multiple times to try and let them know that I would be late, but no one picked up the phone. I had done everything I could to do my due diligence but could not plan for the closure. Anyone with empathy would have understood. I was a member at the time, had never asked for an extension before in my history with the studio, and had no way of knowing that a political demonstration would shut down their street to foot and car traffic. When I arrived the woman at the front desk did not even care to ask if I was a member nor check to see if I'd ever requested a late arrival before. She just told me "no". It was really frustrating that she basically shrugged her shoulders and said "its policy" to not let anyone in past 5 minutes when it had been exactly 6. I understand the principle, but if it's someone's first time and they are a paid member (not ClassPass ) then they should be given a one time forgiveness. Despite canceling, I was going to give them benefit of the doubt and not leave a yelp review because they assured me they were genuinely sorry for the experience. That all changed today when I saw that I have been charged not once not twice but THREE times since this incident. Despite signing a form on the spot that day and the manager assuring me, this would not happen. I'd been charged full price of the membership 3x when I had never stepped foot in the studio ever since. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to once again I have to go through the endless loop of trying to get a hold of someone at this business. I would never sign up here because you will never be able to know you are truly canceled.

As a mom to a toddler with a full time job and long commute then, I really needed some accountability and push to hit my physical goals. I had a trainer before having a kid and then fell off the bandwagon after. I initially wondered if I can keep up with someone SO into working out as Stephanie (she's a professional bodybuilder after all!). But she has such a kind and encouraging spirit and she meets you where you are at. She constantly mixes up the workouts and pushes you with kindness - so I'm never bored and my body is challenged just enough. And as I've explored cycle syncing, she has flexed to have a mix of strength, cardio and flow in my workouts depending on the week. We used to meet in person pre-COVID and shifted to virtual since 2020. Still going great and enjoying the journey together. Plus, her workouts are killer! She does a great job of switching things up while also making sure to hit all the muscles regularly so you can see your progress. My husband has done a lot of weight lifting in the past and he's also a fan of her workouts. Stephanie pushes you without being aggressive-- no yelling here. Thanks to her workouts I've become stronger, leaner, and improved my mental health during COVID. Oh and yes she does always wear a mask and I've had no concerns about safety! The range of equipment is decent and they have a complete enough set of weight machines for my routine. The cardio machines are ok, though I prefer Precor to Life Fitness. The GX room is fine, sometimes too hot or cold. I just use it to practice the classes I teach at other facilities. It could be cleaner, they could do better with fixing broken machines, they could restock the wipes and paper towels and soap more consistently. They could be open later on the weekend. I'm not sure why there's so much hate for the staff (including the front desk guys). They seem friendly and helpful to me. It's not perfect. But it's like $12/month. If you want swanky and fancy go to Bay Club.

This studio has challenged her and she has grown so much to be a better dancer and person. I wish I had moved her to this studio sooner. The teachers and staff are all wonderful. If there is any concerns addressed they do their best to resolve it. When greeting on phone, I believe they should say their name first so It sounds more welcoming. And not so stiff sounding. Especially, since the person on the other end of phone probably doesn't know how sweet the office Staff are.

I have never more happy about a decision I've made. Not only has she drastically improved in just two years, getting a title, scholarships and awards to boot. But, more importantly we've found a new incredible family. These kids and parents all truly care about each other and it's so beautiful. No drama just unbelievable support and great vibes. The teachers are the most amazing humans who truly care about your kid and have a great balance of cheering them on and guiding them to their best potential. I adore every single one of them. They have given my daughter (and I) so much love and support that I'm forever grateful for. I also take their adult classes which has been the most amazing experience for me as well. Yes, it's great fitness and fun. But it has also honestly been such a light in my life on my darkest days and been so great for my mental health. You get the same incredible teachers and amazing supportive community. Who knew one trial class could change our lives so much for the better? Forever grateful for our new family!
