Asked the right questions to help us in our selection. Listened to us, twice as much as he talked. Didn't disparage other dealers. Wasn't pushy. Made eye contact during all engagements. Avoided puffery and untrustworthy language. Never let us get bored during wait times. Consistent and reliable follow up. His was the last face we saw upon our departure see.     My experience with Executive Honda was really disappointing…read more I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed on their website. The sales associate (Amber) was nice & forthrite, confirming the vehicle was available & answering all of my questions. The interaction left me feeling positive about this dealership, so I requested an appointment to see that specific car. They confirmed my appointment via text multiple times. The morning of the appointment (that's today!) I decided to text that same number to confirm that the vehicle was still there, as the drive to this dealership is almost 2 hours from my home. They responded & told me that the vehicle was sold, but I should take a look at their other options & let them know which I was interested in so they could have them ready for my appointment. I never showed any interest in their other vehicles. I was very clear that there was one single car I wanted to see, & so that's the car I made an appointment to see. They sold the car & were never going to tell me. They were going to let me drive 2 hours one way to find out the car was gone. That's a really dodgy business practice. Not only will I not be buying a vehicle from a dealership willing to waste my time like this, I'll definitely be advising other people to stay away as well. Amber was a good sales associate & I wish she worked elsewhere.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Bruce Williams, he was very friendly and helped me find an available sales associate as he was actively working with customers. I worked with Naomi Terjek. Naomi was also very friendly and my interactions with her immediately felt honest and genuine. She showed me the car I was interested in and answered all of my many question. A pleasure to work with. When I had questions about car values, Chris Brunner (sales manager) was quick to come talk to me face to face and had an understanding and polite way about him. I've never had the experience of direct interface, or positive communication with a sales manager before so this was very refreshing. Finally, Jeff Campaniolo (business manager) was one of the friendliest people I've met in this industry -- he was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and honest. The staff all really did their best to make this a positive experience and it shows. They were willing to work with me, answer all of my questions and were never once rude or pushy. I highly recommend this dealer from my experience and would return in the future when it comes time to replace my new car. Thanks to everyone!

I have a mobility issue because of a recent…read moresurgery and he worked with me to make sure my car was fixed while I waited so I wouldn't have to leave it and transfer my mobility aids to another car. Also, Bruce from the sales team came in to the waiting area to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything while I waited. Everyday things have become a hassle during this recovery, but the team at Harte made this experience super easy!
