Needless to say we didn't buy from them. Then we went to Wallingford Auto Park instead, and we worked with Stephanie (I think that was her name!) and experienced no sexism at all. She was knowledgeable and awesome. But when a different person at the auto park was running my credit, he looked at me and asked, 'Do you *really* own your own business?' If I was a 45 year old man I doubt he would have felt the need to check. But I'm a young woman so I guess he thought it worth looking into whether or not I was being fully honest. So that annoyed me a lot. My age and gender shouldn't have to give that impression. When signing and doing warrantee stuff, the financial guy there was fantastic and patient. The person who ran my credit was not this guy in the side office, he was fabulous. All round good experience, and I think the sexism would be an easy fix by educating that one guy on what is appropriate.

Despite voicing these concerns, I was assured by your staff not to worry and was advised to schedule a service appointment for these issues to be addressed. Given that the car is relatively new, I promptly took the vehicle to your service department for an oil change and a thorough inspection to establish a service record. According to the service recommendations, the rear brakes and rotors needed replacement, along with a full wheel alignment. These repairs corresponded precisely with the issues I identified during the initial test drive. However, when I subsequently brought the vehicle to Wallingford Auto Park for service, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the service manager. He refused to authorize brake or rotor replacement, suggesting that both the dealership and I were attempting to obtain a free brake job. Furthermore, he indicated that the dealership would only cover the wheel alignment costs. This response was both surprising and unacceptable, and it has caused me to question the integrity of the service process. Regrettably, I must also report experiencing discriminatory treatment, notably from the salesperson Phil, which has added to the distressing nature of this transaction. Given these circumstances, I felt compelled to cover the $740 cost of necessary brake repairs personally, as I prioritize the safety of myself and my family above all else. This entire experience has been one of the worst I have had in purchasing a vehicle. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering transactions with your dealership.

My experience with Executive Honda was really disappointing…read more I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed on their website. The sales associate (Amber) was nice & forthrite, confirming the vehicle was available & answering all of my questions. The interaction left me feeling positive about this dealership, so I requested an appointment to see that specific car. They confirmed my appointment via text multiple times. The morning of the appointment (that's today!) I decided to text that same number to confirm that the vehicle was still there, as the drive to this dealership is almost 2 hours from my home. They responded & told me that the vehicle was sold, but I should take a look at their other options & let them know which I was interested in so they could have them ready for my appointment. I never showed any interest in their other vehicles. I was very clear that there was one single car I wanted to see, & so that's the car I made an appointment to see. They sold the car & were never going to tell me. They were going to let me drive 2 hours one way to find out the car was gone. That's a really dodgy business practice. Not only will I not be buying a vehicle from a dealership willing to waste my time like this, I'll definitely be advising other people to stay away as well. Amber was a good sales associate & I wish she worked elsewhere.

First I…read morebought a used car from Chris over the phone on Nov. 287th of 2025, Yes a while ago but better late than never! Step one would be to go to a review of another dealer I wanted to go to (Wayland Automotive Services, Wayland, MA.)so you can read it FIRST, that way you will know how I got here to Action Automotive!! They were double icky. Chris @ Action is worth the visit. So if you read what I wrote, here is my visit worked out with Chris at Action Automotive. is the rating because that is the most amount of stars that I can choose! We (Rebecca & I) live near Albany NY and wanted a good used vehicle to use as primary transportation year round. Action Automotive was 130 miles each way. Our motorcycles are not good in the snow, neither is her dream car we also bought used (another story) 2008 Vette (triple black rag top) And our Ram is our Mule( 2016 reg. cab,1500, 2wd). Action had a PT Cruiser we were interested in (2008 Base model wagon). It's job would be all short errands, rain and snow also. I was suppose to have been hit in the left rear corner 4 times - that turned out wrong! Chris described the damage over the phone, and if I got there and it was not at described I would turn around and head back home. I drove to his place of business with our Ram, and our 16 foot steel deck trailer. It was not as described, it was actually much better than I thought. I got there a bit late, missed a turn or two but he waited for me. He new I was coming as he fed me the directions I needed. As a result he was stuck at work waiting, He had paper work ready, we talked a bit handed over the money loaded it up (I did not want to keep him there so I skipped a road test - just the 15 feet or so onto the trailer and headed home. Was given a warranty also, but we had a conversation about the 260 mile round trip if it needed any thing. I told him I would most likely fix it myself (I'm an auto tech since 1968 (yeah I'm old - but a hand shake kind of guy-and Chris seemed like one also. Once home I went thru it, called him, made a few repairs that I wanted to do, and needed a repair that was needed, We talked over emails about it, and it was handled via mail. The wife and I LOVE this little car, it just fits like a glove! maybe that is why Chrysler sold 1.3 million of them, in just 10 years of production. If you are near Action Automotive, in Berlin CT make them a stop for service and/or a car-truck, If you do not live close (I don't) they are still worth a stop. actual rating 10 out of 10 Jerry & Rebecca Horn, just north of Albany NY

Listened to everything I wanted down to the smallest detail. The vehicle was still in transit and I put a deposit on it. I subsequently added over $1,500 in accessories to upgrade its overall appearance. Service is awesome as well. Advisors are also attentive, listen and are knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I've had s question I can call and have my question answered. The Parts department people will research a part, answer questions and are just as friendly and professional. I live 45 minutes away from dealership and there are others closer. Glad I saw the billboard, went on-line and checked out inventory and took time to call and then go down and visit in-person. All the staff from reception, to sales, service, parts, management helped make the car buying experience pleasant. No high-pressure like all the others or looking down their nose at you if you are "just looking." Highly recommend you check them out. Chevy woman forever! Faithful customer forever!
