Down to the type of soap dish in the bathroom to the paper towel holder in the kitchen, Kevin scrutinizes everything and determines how to make improvements without busting the budget. When Kevin staged our house he somehow managed to make everything look upgraded and modern without it looking like someone else's house. Selling your house is a very stressful activity but Kevin made it manageable, even (occasionally) fun. He has a terrific sense of humor and style and, best of all, a big heart.

After dealing with countless realtors in Northern Va, I have coined the phrase "LaGent" and if you're not familiar with my term, it stands for "lazy agent." In my opinion there's 20% that know their craft and the market well. Then there's the other 80% that don't and are looking for easy money. I no longer have to deal with "LaGents" when I'm selling one of my own properties, thanks to finding Natalie :) I can HONESTLY say that I haven't seen, worked with or been represented by any realtors(anywhere)that are more knowledgeable and work harder for their clients, then Natalie Roy. Her team is flawless and keeps every part of the deal going smoothly and informatively. She's a fierce negotiator, that knows the current market and the strategies to get you what you need to buy or to sell your home quickly for a great price. I'll continue to recommend Natalie Roy and her team of professional realtors, as the best of the best in Arlington, Shirlington, Roslyn, Mclean and the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia as well as Bethesda, Cabin John, Silver Spring, Rockville areas of Maryland. Before you list your home with anyone else and run the risk of getting a "LaGent" instead of a real estate agent, Call Natalie Roy, the Real Estate agent that doesn't sleep until you're happy.

She was easy to get in touch with; when I called her with my 1,000 questions she was able to provide me with the answers and when I called anxious about a particular step in the process she was able to be my own personal therapist and set me at ease. She was able to provide contact information for several services that I needed, including house cleaners, painters, handymen, and inspectors. When I was unable to meet with any of the contractors, Pia was available to meet with them on my behalf. I appreciated the fact that everything was well organized. I was provided a schedule so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. There was great attention to detail: materials used and provided were on high end paper, pictures and staging of my house were beautiful, and the listing she created was well laid out on the websites. Pia also marketed my home well- even before it went on the market. My home went on the market on a Thursday and by the following Saturday I had 3 offers and was able to complete selling the home in about 3 weeks! The only downside I have is that I may not ever use her services again because she helped me purchase my forever home. She listened to our needs, walked us through possible areas, and set up search engines to help us narrow down areas. We were able to view the possible options on-line and provide feedback. When we came out for a week long house hunting trip, Pia set up tours and really listened to what we liked about places to help us find the best house for us. Pia knows the area exceptionally well and gave us good history on a number of the properties. She was extremely understanding of our infant and the complications that come with traveling with a newborn. She had home inspectors on alert so that they could complete the inspection while we were in town and we were able to find a home that we love in just a few days. After our trip, Pia continued to communicate with us while we were back in Colorado and during the entire moving process. She took ALOT of stress away from the house buying and moving experience. She's also been extremely helpful in locating great contractors who have helped us to put our stamp on our new house.

Erika did a great job with marketing my home, but has dropped the ball during several other important milestones. - She has poor communication skills and has demonstrated that she does not understand the legalities and SOPs for selling a home in the District. For example, on several instances Erika has relayed incorrect information to me about the proper procedures in D.C. and aggressively pushed back in writing and verbally in performing her responsibilities as realtor. - Most recently, she missed two major deadlines and left my file stale for several months. She tried to talk her way out of the responsibility, and it took several attempts for me to educate her about what she was expected to do. If it was not for my constant inquiry no movement would take place. Prior to this, she provided false information about certain DC requirements, and presented incomplete pricing information to me when she found prospective buyers of my property. I highly don't recommend her as a realtor unless she learns more about how to solidify a contract and close a deal.
