The cars we used were newer models and immaculate in and out. We took 5 lessons with two of their instructors (Jack and Yaakov) both excellent. They don't just "teach to the test", but also teach driving skills that will keep your family safe. Their knowledge of the process in the county is remarkable. (the road test in this county can be tough) After each lesson, the instructors took the time to explain to me what my child needed to practice and focus on Their flexibility and availability was key for us and proved invaluable. We got a phone call after the road test checking in (that in my opinion is great over the top service) Needless to say, my daughter passed with a perfect score on the road test. I arrive 15 minutes early for my first appointment. My daughter's instructor arrives 15 minutes late, pulls in the driveway and beeps the horn to summon us. She doesn't get out to introduce herself, there was no prior notification of her being late, and she has an attitude. The instructor drives off after my daughter enters the car and says she'll be back at 1pm. The facility has no waiting room or chairs. Luckily there is one metal bench my daughter and I shared while we waited. Unprofessional is a great way to describe my first experience. For the amount of money I paid to send my daughter to this school, solely based on reviews, I am highly disappointed. I can only hope the rest of the sessions go better since I purchased a package.

Despite that, she was taken directly onto the road in the rain, the instructor was unpleasant and critical rather than supportive. She even claimed I had said my daughter had prior experience- which is completely untrue. The car smelled strongly of cigarettes (both windows open in the rain to air it out), and the overall tone was unprofessional from the start. My daughter came home in tears, and the company did not offer anything other than lip-service when I raised the issue. I would strongly recommend finding another driving school, especially for first-time drivers. It was a an absolute fiasco.

She was very anxious about getting behind the wheel, but gained some good confidence after the lessons. Ahmed was very flexible and punctual to every appointment. To give my daughter some extra confidence before her road test (also wanted to maintain my blood pressure), purchased another 6 hours along with the road test package. It was worth every penny and everything went smoothly. Perfect marks on the road test. Already have and will continue to refer this school and Ahmed to my friends and family. Thank you!!
