Jason and Ernie then came out to do the work, and Jason had been briefed by Kyle with the nuances of the project. Jason was careful to describe what he thought would work best, and he kept me in the loop along the way. The work came out great, and no sooner had Jason and Ernie left than Kyle was on the phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
