Strong winds caused a major damage to our home roof. We were so wary about the situation that we had to move out for some time. If I could give 10 starts to Dan Roofing, I would. We called them out after a huge storm where we had a leak in our 2-story house that resulted in water infiltration in our kitchen on the first floor. We discovered the leak had been cause by an improper solar installation, which made the entire process that much more stressful, especially after mold was found during their tear-down. The team at Dan Roofing was amazing through the entire process. Their installers assisted us by taking photos throughout the entire process, their job supervisors and installers kept us informed of progress and issues the entire time, and the office staff was extremely supporting and helpful, answering our questions and providing necessary documentation to aid our interactions with the insurance company. The team was always punctual, professional and friendly. They cleaned up so well that our yard looked better when they left than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend Dan Roofing. I called Dan Roofing because there was a leak showing on the ceiling of our bedroom. Steve answered promptly and I made an appointment for him to come out the next day. He called me the next day to give me a heads up on when he expects to show up. He arrived as expected and inspected the leakage. He took several pictures of the inside and the roof, and provided an assessment of what is causing the leak. Steve provided a quote with pictures electronically to fix the missing shingles that was causing the leak within the hour. After agreeing to the quote, he called and said he wants to get his guys out there to fix it on the same day since it is forecasted to rain the next day. His crew showed up and fixed the shingles as expected the same day. Great service! And I loved the streamlined process of getting the quote, approving the work and paying for it. David and his excellent crew from Dan Roofing did a full roof replacement on my 2100 sqft split-level home, including two skylights. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He pointed out that the portion of my home above the bathroom had some sagging areas due to humidity and suggested replacement the wood all the way through. I am very happy with the result. Attention to detail is also a plus. I've heard roof replacement jobs can take several days to complete, but these guys did it in just a day! They were very clean, no debris left over. The roof turned out great! I also have to mention that he and his wonderful crew took time out of their busy day to fix some of my downspouts. Dan Roofing proved to deliver a quality product per what was discussed and promised. Sales experience was excellent, helpful, and patient. Once committed to Dan Roofing their planning department, they did a great job communicating the schedule, plan, and expectations with me. The install team showed up exactly on time, they worked from sun up to sun down for three straight days. I was really impressed with the installer's work ethic, but most of all that they seemed patient and diligent even in the end when running a bit behind schedule. The cleanup work was fantastic, the dumpster was gone the next day, and the job was done. The roof looks awesome. The job involved replacing the shingles on the house and shed, and to replace the eavesthroughs. I dealt with Darren on this job, and he has maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. He has been particularly responsive and was able to answer our many questions. The jobs were done in the timeline we had talked about and overall they did what they said they were going to do, which is not always easy to find. It looks like the work was well done, and the workers left the site very clean for such a messy job. They were also wearing the appropriate safety equipment. "I had an old cedar shingle roof on my gazebo that needed replacement. Dan Roofing did a fantastic job in replacing it with asphalt shingle. After contacting Dan Roofing, Mike was able to schedule our project and get the job done quickly within the set timeline. I tend to be picky when it comes to the work that contractors do but I couldn't find anything to complain about. There was zero construction debris leftover after the job was done and the roof looks absolutely perfect. My house is going to need new siding and windows within the next couple years. After getting several quotes for sealing our roof we went with Dan Roofing because their estimate was competitive and they were very responsive and prompt in getting back to us. The work was done very well and they took special care during the cleaning process to avoid any debris getting on our pool deck or in the pool. They also completed the work in a timely manner. I hired Dan roofing to install our new roof. I am happy with the job they did for a few reasons. First, they did it on time and were able to put 2 crews on the job for me for one day to accomplish this (thanks!). The roof seems sound (there's flashing in the right places, can't spot hanging nails/bumps, etc) and looks great. Finally, they worked cleanly: cleaning up well and protecting the neighbors from debris and made sure the roof was covered and protected (underlayment or plywood) at the end of each day. Johnny and the team installed my new roof and it just turned out amazing. After a recent storm, my ridge vents began ripping off little by little. Johnny came out the next day and professionally informed me the proper way to fix my roof and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary items.
