You enter through a boutique coffee shop, and the hair salon is on the right hand side. The upside was my haircut turned out great and when I left, I got a coffee and it was fantastic. I had the barista make me one of their house specialties called a Cubano latte, and it was fantastic. The barbershop inside is relatively small, but it is clean and the woman who cut my hair was friendly and personable. I don't usually get my haircut at places other than my usual go to place in my hometown, but I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out great.

Except the problem is once you get in the shower, you realize that the fade isn't clean, there's obvious lines, and you have to start over to find a new barber. Hispanic hair is generally course, dark, and against lighter brown skin, every imperfection stands out. Enter Mr. John. Humble, pleasant, and confident, our favorite US Army Veteran barber said to me on the first cut: "I'll tell you what, if you go home and wash off and it's not perfect, it's on me and you never have to see me again."
