The actual haircut looks nothing like the picture, and I can easily use trimmer to get even better result at home myself. She doesn't care about nothing, but the apron up-side-down, walking around finding her kits during the haircut. After, she only kept defending herself with nonsense. If you ever get here, at least get somebody else, I don't know why I am so unfortunate to deal with this lady and her ego. One old blonde lady, I assume the owner, took far too long with the previous customer's haircut, gabbing incessantly with nonsensical small talk. The other person took her time cleaning and finally called the man ahead of me. Instead he received a completely SHAVED HEAD. Why? Because when the barber decided to go over the top again, her guard supposedly slipped off and she nicked his head with the clippers to the point that his entire head of hair had to be completely shaved off. I understand that things happen, BUT when you are working on a 12 year olds head and you make a mistake....the DECENT thing to do is make his parent(s) aware. His dad was getting a cut several feet away, and instead of calling him over to explain what happened, the barber decided to just shave his head and THEN sent my kid to tell his dad. WTF. Completely unprofessional. Of course he got his haircut for free, but there wasn't much of an apology or empathy beyond that. My child legit looked like he got a prison cut, and apparently that's totally okay with the barber and the management (I say that loosely, more on that in a minute). Since I wasn't there to witness this, I called the barber shop that evening after my child FaceTimed me to show me his hair. I asked to speak to the manager to which the person on the other screamed and he held the phone away, "ayyyyeee, someone is on the phone..." (super professional). Someone else picks "hello," I said "I'm waiting to speak with a manager, is this him?" "Nah, one sec....ayyyyyee. This lady needs to talk to the manager..." "Hello" Hi, are you the manager?" "Yeah, who is this?" I'm 1,000 percent annoyed by now. "Hi, my name is Brittany and my son and his dad went there early and my child's head was shave--" (I was cut off) "Yeah, yeah, I know. The barber showed me. Sorry there wasn't anything we could do after that." Lots of Blah Blah Blah.... no apology, no empathy, NOTHING. He wanted me off the phone quickly and put the barber on instead. The conversation with her was just as pointless. She didn't give a shit that she messed my kids hair up. Instead, she offered his next haircut for free....umm. Negative. We will never step foot in there again. Not for the mistake the barber made because the barber and the management were completely rude and unprofessional. They do not care about the customer, at all.
