Luckily a spot opened up within the minute and he went on what was described as the best experience he'd ever had at a barber shop. I had to find out for myself and luckily, during a two day trip to Columbia, was able to experience Franks for myself. It is everything you could ask for. Professional staff, all the ins and outs you'd want, and a great place for any male professional to get cleaned up. A must for graduate students, young professionals, and men in the Columbia area. Good luck to this new venture!

It looked so great. He promised me a great cut and kept it. The entire shop was so much fun, it had great comfortable seats for those that are waiting- yes it's important. I tried to reach out to the shop via phone and email but never got an answer. After about a week I physically went into the shop and was told that they didn't even know they had a way to contact them on their website. Poor customer experience all round, which is such a shame because I'd been going here since I moved to Columbia last year and always had a great experience.

I described what I wanted, she did her thing, and then when she was done, I still wanted a little more done. She was super nice about it, but I could tell she was hurrying. - No extras such as a neck shave/etc. But that is why it's half price. I dont know if I'll be going back. I've got a few more places I want to try first. 3 1/2 stars.

I booked an appointment with Lira for 5:30 and got into the chair at the appointment time. Lira was very professional, very friendly amd did an excellent job with my haircut, which included cleaning up the face, beard and mustache. Also included was a hot towel treatment. Needless to say I will be going to see her again soon. There are several other barbers working there and from what I seen, they all have skills. I highly recommend this new spot.
