Today I got a phone call from Cross from her personal cell phone number at 12:25PM when she began arguing with me about my medical illnesses and had me on speaker phone and talked about me and my issues on speaker phone with other nurses around her. I feel like this is a violation of my privacy rights. And, this is not the first time this has happened. They had another Triage Nurse named Kathleen call me and put me on speaker phone and began talking very rudely and unprofessional demeaner with other nurses in the room. They have been slandering me to other health care providers and giving me bad health care advise. For example first she said my urine test came back with blood in it, then she said it came back normal. And, she continued to talk down to me when I needed some support and understanding. This office should be shut down. I have several close friends who did not recommend this place. It is not sanitary and everyone working there is always agruing. The way they speak to customers is absolutely shocking. I have told the manager Steven, that they should be recording the conversations that the nurses have with the patients, because the nurses maliciously disregard the rights of the patients and refuse to pay any respect to the patients. I was a victim of their abuse, when they had me on speaker phone several times, and began gossiping about me behind my back. What I don't understand is she has plenty of time to call me from her cell phone to argue about how I communicated with her colleagues but she never had a moment to call me to discuss my healthcare questions or my needs as a patient. Not even once! I filed a report against this office.
