Madeline came out and measured and was so nice and she saw our babies and offered us a doggie door. That attention to detail is why we decided to go with them. We were not supposed to have this done till October however they had a cancellation and we're able to do it for us they were amazing everything looks amazing and the workers were all so nice and kind and they cleaned up great and were so respectful to our neighbors asking them if they could leave some stuff in their yard. Having not able to go through there preferred lender after trying two different times I was able to get approved with an outside lender however since it wasn't there's I would have to pay all the closing costs. I under stand the concept but even being able to negotiate some type of assistance from the builder for some closing costs was always shot down.They said they are a small company *been around for 20 plus years, and being in the southeast region of the United States in multiple states* is a poor excuse. I know other home builders that have been around for way less than then and are willing to negotiate any closing.. Please further your research into Maranda homes and see how some of there homes end up being built poorly and have foundation issues.. I don't recommend them at all and will never do business with them.
