Shish Tawouk - 2 Chicken skewers served with grilled tomato, onions and garlic sauce. The chicken was tender and could have used a bit more flavor. The hayas popcorn falafel with soya tahini which was very tasty. The sauce was an interesting combination maybe a hint of mango but not positive and a tiny bit of heat with tahini. This sauce was like a dressing that would be delicious on a salad. The falafels were not huge, smaller than a golf ball, dark on the outside and not grainy. They say they are the best falafel in town, buuut, Dr. Falafel in naschmarkt is pretty amazing. This will need to be tested! Next time... Too hot to enjoy a warm meal. They specialize in pita, or bureks, here. It was my first time trying it and I was instantly hooked and haven't stopped thinking about it since. We got a portion of pita with spinach and pita with meat. The spinach pita came out fresh so we had to try and the meat pita was juicy and seasoned perfectly.
