I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

I thought at least outsourcing cleaning for the week would help. And it did - a lot! First of all - Chris was the person I interacted with first. He was extremely communicative and answered every question I had (so quickly, too). He handled comms before and after the service and was just overall very kind. In terms of the cleaning service itself - the two women who came to my house were AMAZING. Not only were they very sweet, but they absolutely went above and beyond. I basically told Sandy and Teresa not to worry about certain tasks because I know they're not normally part of a regular cleaning service. I assured them I was going to finish the rest myself and I was just grateful for any help included in their service. But to my surprise, they went above and beyond and I came back to everything in my home taken care of. They somehow got everything done and more within the 2 hour time frame I booked. They did an excellent job and worked very hard -- doing mostly a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I don't speak spanish but their english was certainly good enough that I was able to communicate what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing either a deep or regular cleaning job. They are located out of Burbank but came to Pacific Palisades (which other cleaning companies wouldn't do). They're really friendly and calm, and they always say hi to my dog lol. The first cleaning was a deep clean and it was honestly cleaner after they left than when we first moved in. I also asked them to do all the blinds that time, something that normally takes me forever, and they did it so fast, and it was so clean, it was such a relief. The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.

They didn't show up or reply back for an hour then said they would arrive at 3:30. They were here for about 10 minutes, just mildly wiping the deck with rags. All they did was smear the dirt and bird poop on the deck and didn't even clean all areas.
