I've had them at two different homes in Beverly Hills and Larchmont for years now, and every time, they deliver. I can't say they've ever left me disappointed--except, of course, when they remind me how dirty my place was to begin with. They're professional, reliable, and surprisingly thorough. My place always feels like a little slice of heaven afterward, and even my picky cat (who has a sixth sense for anyone trying to escape her watchful eyes) is well taken care of. They're also careful not to let her sneak out, which is a feat in itself because she thinks she's the queen of the house. I've had them send two or three people depending on the job, and they bill accordingly. The pricing is straightforward, no surprises--unless you count how quickly they get everything spic and span, which never fails to impress me. Scheduling is usually a breeze, and if I need a cleaning on short notice (because, who doesn't wait until the last minute?), they're flexible and can usually get me in within the week.

Extremely poor communication…read more For the rate I was paying I would expect some English comprehension. But the real reason for the low rating was while I was gone the cleaner knocked the bidet on our toilet and there was a leak. She put a bucket under the leak but she didn't call or text her boss or me let me know there was a leak. I was actually out of town at the time and when I came back my whole bathroom was flooded. Also I had to hire a locksmith when I got back because she didn't understand my instructions to leave one of the doors unlocked so even if she had told me about the leak I couldn't have sent a plumber to fix it anyway because he or she would have been locked out. Honestly it was just tightening a bolt to fix the leak - I was able to do it with my bare hands. So to be clear I'm not complaining about the leak I'm complaining about the failure to communicate about the leak and understand my directions which I actually didn't even get into detail about here. Unfortunately when I gave feedback to the owner and I stated that I was still expecting the cleaning lady to come at the next scheduled date, the owner didn't take it very well and without telling me canceled the date so I was waiting for the cleaning lady to come but she never came. Bottom line: both the owner and the workers at this business are poor communicators and it cost me about $1,000 not including the $500 just to clean my two bedroom apartment once. Can't recommend.

They've accommodated my schedule and periodic changes, listened to my requests, and consistently do a great job at my apartment. Are they the absolute cheapest in La-La Land? No. But they're very fairly priced for what they do. Their initial deep clean was phenomenal, and the upkeep has been consistently good - especially considering that I now don't do ANYTHING cleaning-wise between weekly visits (who has time when you work F/T, are 8 mos preggo and have a toddler?) *and* I have a long-haired black dog who sheds enough to manufacture sweaters out of.
