I feel bad writing this review but I feel compelled to tell everyone my experience. We hired this…read morecompany to fully clean a 2mill house after it was remodeled. They viewed the house and quoted us $800. We verbally approved it. Then when the house was ready I called to schedule the cleaning and went over the expectations we had prior to listing the house for sale . Then they came back at $1,200+_. We felt against a wall to get the house ready and reluctantly agreed. They sent us a bill and told us they were finished. A few days later I looked at the house and notified them on some important areas that were missed. They said they would complete the following Sunday but didn't. Then they showed up after I contacted them again. One of the major items they did not clean well was the windows, a skylight that was missed, spider webs in the garage, and streaks in many windows and grout residue that looked like paint overspray. When I met them I was promised they would take care of all the issues. They stated they saw the grout issue and knew it was one of the issues they saw but failed to tell me about. I told them I would pay them now as they promised to come back to clean all the remaining items. As to the poor window cleaning, I didn't notice that till a few days later. When I called the husband of the lady I hired he made me feel like I was making things up vs offering to help out. I sent him pictures and he got defensive and rude. I let it go as to the windows. However, the rest of the items were never completed! When I asked when they were returning they asked me for paying them for the time they spent on finishing items they missed. I was unhappy and then the husband contacts me and made threats and accused me of harassment. I only wanted them to complete what I paid extra for. I actually hate leaving this note on yelp but thus person cares more about their being right than taking care of their customers , They left us feeling taken advantage of and ruined what could have been a positive yelp review. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a company so unprofessional that lacks the common decency to do what they were paid for !!! Nobody should be treated like this!

Third, she really pays attention to detail. And lastly, her prices are very reasonable for the Bay Area. Hired De Ann Cleaning Service for deep cleaning of mainly the kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom…read more She quoted me $100,00. An appointment was made for January 2nd 2023 at 1:30 pm. De Ann failed to complete the task. She failed to clean outside of cabinets, microwave oven. Left dirt in corners of kitchen. When I called to complain She said she would return on Saturday Jan. 7, 2023 at 10am. She did not show, nor did she call. I called her twice to no avail. I am unable to do the cleaning myself and will have to hire someone to properly clean my apartment. I feel I was taken for $100.00. This service is not reliable and does not do a good job. DeAnn B. This review has nothing to do with black or white. It has to do with giving good service! TOn my way home from a 12 hour day of cutting lawns, I seen this gentleman, I have no clue who he is to this day. But I said no way was I gonna let this guy tackle this on his own. So I turned around and went back and unloaded my mower and drove across the street and ask the gentleman if I could help. His eyes lit up and I took that as a yes. I ran down, jumped on my mower and went to work. As I'm cutting the lawn I look over and see the gentleman hunched over his wife, resting his head on her shoulder. So I get it knocked out in no time. I give them a thumbs up and proceeded to load my mower up. The wife makes her way over before I could leave. She was so thankful! Their riding mower broke down and her husband has been mowing their big lawn with a push mower. It only took 15 mins of my time. I changed their life, for a small moment. .I hope someone reads this and feels like doing something good for someone tomorrow. I'm grateful to be where I'm at and I'm thankful for the people that help me get here.
