Gabriella has been cleaning out home for over a year and it has changed my life!!! The first time…read moreshe came, she gave me multiple quotes depending on the frequency of visits and extent of service which allowed me to determine how to fit this necessary luxury into my budget. We worked it out so that at each visit, she does all the basics and rotates one extra task, like the oven or the fridge. A few years ago, I used a different service which I found on Yelp, but it was hard to get a regular day/time and what I thought was a single person was actually a crew. Since someone different came out each time, it was really hard to have any consistency and messages often got lost. Having a direct line to Gabriella has been great and means that we always have clear communication about expectations on both sides. Plus, it is important to me that I am supporting a woman-owned business in my local community (Richmond). My husband and I are both teachers, so we don't have a lot of extra money, but having Gabriella take such good care of our house has been a dream, especially now that it has become our office and gym and kids' school. On top of that, she has been careful to follow strict precautions during COVID. I know that her family means everything to her and I appreciate that she also wants my family to stay healthy. She comes on a day that we can all be away for a few hours, brings all her own equipment, and wears a mask the whole time she is in the house. Feel free to message me if you want more details, but I can promise you that you'll love coming home to a Gabriella-cleaned home as much as I do!!

Quay is the best, most efficient and trustworthy housekeeper I've worked with. I say "work with"…read morebecause I have hired and fired many on behalf of my clients. Quay also works for me personally, and her work ethic is bar none excellent. Her rates are wonderful, and my floors -- they never looked or smelled so good. She has a refreshing energy, she really cares about her clients, and has always made everything very easy for me. It is amazing how expeditious she works, and still getting the results that she does, she is "the amazing Quay." She has never broken anything or done any damage to our home. She works so hard and you can really tell. What sets her apart from other housekeepers is her expediency without sacrificing quality, even my coffee maker and kitchen aid mixers were polished. Anybody who is smart and wants a quality housekeeper for a great value should call Quay. We love her.

Hired De Ann Cleaning Service for deep cleaning of mainly the kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom…read more She quoted me $100,00. An appointment was made for January 2nd 2023 at 1:30 pm. De Ann failed to complete the task. She failed to clean outside of cabinets, microwave oven. Left dirt in corners of kitchen. When I called to complain She said she would return on Saturday Jan. 7, 2023 at 10am. She did not show, nor did she call. I called her twice to no avail. I am unable to do the cleaning myself and will have to hire someone to properly clean my apartment. I feel I was taken for $100.00. This service is not reliable and does not do a good job. DeAnn B. This review has nothing to do with black or white. It has to do with giving good service! TOn my way home from a 12 hour day of cutting lawns, I seen this gentleman, I have no clue who he is to this day. But I said no way was I gonna let this guy tackle this on his own. So I turned around and went back and unloaded my mower and drove across the street and ask the gentleman if I could help. His eyes lit up and I took that as a yes. I ran down, jumped on my mower and went to work. As I'm cutting the lawn I look over and see the gentleman hunched over his wife, resting his head on her shoulder. So I get it knocked out in no time. I give them a thumbs up and proceeded to load my mower up. The wife makes her way over before I could leave. She was so thankful! Their riding mower broke down and her husband has been mowing their big lawn with a push mower. It only took 15 mins of my time. I changed their life, for a small moment. .I hope someone reads this and feels like doing something good for someone tomorrow. I'm grateful to be where I'm at and I'm thankful for the people that help me get here. When she got here, she looked through the entire house then started. She said she would clean over 2 days, and both days said she would have an assistant with her. She showed up both days without one, but I understood as it was short notice. She did a good job deep cleaning the 2.5 bathrooms, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. She was agreeable to all my cleaning requests, and while that was appreciated, I was surprised as she was slow and I couldn't imagine her finishing the 3rd floor on time. As expected, the 3 bedrooms were very rushed. Overall, I was still happy with the service, and I paid her $275. At the end of the 2 day cleaning, I asked her to come back monthly for $200, which she agreed to. Then I asked her what her price would be if she came more often, let's say twice a month. She quoted me $100 per visit and I agreed. I told her she can deep clean 1 floor each time and lightly clean the 2 other floors, and she agreed (unlike the first time when she deep cleaned all 3 floors for $250). Fast forward 2 weeks, I message her to confirm our time. She started quoting me completely different pricing. I run a small business myself and can understand if she felt the job is too big for her and she may have under-charged/over-promised; however, what I can not stand is the unprofessionalism and the gaslighting that she tried to pull of as if I was confused by what we discussed.
