Unmatched professional service and amazing partnership!…read more You are not a real estate investor until you have a property management company. Unfortunately, there are so many bad companies out there that investors continue to do management by themselves since they cannot find a good partner. I am happy to say that we found Elias and his company and forgot all about midnight calls about leaks. Elias is acting as on owner on our property. He always tries to repair all of the equipment and immediately gives me a call if he feels something should be replaced. He has excellent partnership with local contractors and gets better pricing on larger jobs than I can get myself if I call the same contractor for the same job. We had a problem with a tenant not paying rent, Elias took the appropriate legal steps and quickly got to a resolution. We are more than happy with his excellent service. We are looking at him as a great long term partner and CEO of our real estate business. I cannot recommend Elias enough. Important to note is that I managed the property with my wife for the first 8 months of ownership. Needless to say, having Elias on our side is worth every penny. The house is in excellent condition and maintained well. I have not received a single call from any of the tenants about problems with services from Elias.

They go weeks and weeks without responding. Maintenance is another joke. We have had a request in since 4/20/26. I have emailed several times to follow up and still have gotten no response. Run away very fast from this company. They have proven over and over they simply don't care about you. Our board is completely disappointed in their performance and our trust and faith in this company could not be any lower. But of course, they take their money on the first of every month.

It is difficult to make complaints against any board member because they do not really want to address it with them and they offer little in resolution when there is a problem. I was sent a bill for trash around a bush without ever being given a warning first. The rules say first offense $25 fine after being given a notice, 2nd offense $50 fine. I got not notification of the offense, and they charged me $50 for the offense! I was a bit upset about that so I proceeded to take photos of the trash they had around the back of their unit and the bleep hit the fan and they've made my life miserable since. The previous property manager at the company sent me a nasty personal email, saying I was an old hag and should get a life and stop complaining!
