His french technique made the presentations outstanding and his palette ended up getting my dad to like smoked beet salad! Who knew that would happen? Absolutely horrible! I called and booked a bounce house July 30th to be delivered August 21st. I…read morehave used this company twice before and never had an issue. The lady I spoke with asked me to text her my order and address. She confirmed the date and even sent a picture of the bounce house we chose. I was told to pay cash to the delivery driver when they arrived. Yesterday I texted the same number to verify delivery for today due to possible rain. I never received a response. Today I called and the number went to voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. My husband called and a gentleman answered and gave him another number to call. He called the new number and a lady answered and said they didn't have our order and they have no one to deliver today anyway. I had a party in two hours and no bounce house. I called the lady back, and now she says they don't have any bounce houses or delivery men available. She kept saying she doesn't know who took my order even when I have a text from them confirming my order. The party would have been ruined, but fortunately we found another company we were able to pick up a bounce house on short notice. Do not use this business! You will have no recourse if they dont follow through. They are unprofessional, and it seems their website has expired so there is no contact but the number listed on Google.

I had such a great experience with Picture Perfect Snaps for their Photo Booth services! I had the…read moreopportunity to book p2snaps for an event in Spring, and our guests LOVED the Photo Booth services that were provided by them including the print out photos with our custom event logo image, fun and hilarious props that they brought, and online images for quick sharing! The photo prints were fast and I'm glad we went with p2snaps since I've seen other Photo Booths that take a while to print which usually end up backing up the line. My favorite things about p2snaps was the great communication & customer service AND that they worked with me to have the perfect custom logo for the photo print outs, I really appreciate that in a vendor. Picture Perfect Snaps was easy to work with, very affordable, the setup/breakdown of the photo booth was fast, and the on-site attendants were there throughout the duration of the event to ensure that everything continued to run smoothly. I highly recommend booking Picture Perfect Snaps for your next event, big or small-- the staff is great!

Earlier this month, I was responsible for planning a corporate event that required a photo booth…read more After having a nightmare of an ordeal with another vendor, a colleague suggested p2snaps as an alternative solution, so I really cannot say enough thank yous to Roger and p2snaps for saving the day! Pricing is incredibly reasonable and the service is fantastic. Even though I booked very last minute (2-3 days prior to the event), Roger was extremely responsive via email and text message and was able to help me plan timing of the photo booth setup and design a beautiful, customized picture for our photo strip design. He was on-site early enough to ensure that the photo booth was up and running by the event's scheduled start time. When it came time for the actual event, I was surprised to see all the cute / fun props Roger had brought: funny hats, oversized sunglasses, boas, comical mustaches. The photo strips printed out beautifully and quickly as well, so quality gets a thumbs up from me! And while photo booths are great for weddings, I just want to throw it out there that p2snaps is also amazing for corporate events. To my surprise, I learned that my company has a TON of bureaucratic red tape and legalese in photo booth usage, so I really appreciate that p2snaps was able to comply with my firm's policies. Overall, if I ever have any photo booth needs (whether personal or professional), I will definitely make my first call to p2snaps. :)
