The reviews on here are from 2014. It seems they just crammed all their props into a box each time and dumped them on the table. There was nothing unique or fun to the props. There were broken glasses and not even fun ones, Mardi Gras beads, a matted pink wig and that's about it. We didn't even want to try anything on because they were so nasty and gross. It was like a bad, bad, bad used thrift store. This stuff wouldn't have even made it into a garage sale! It needs to be thrown away. The man working the booth was not engaging. He just told you what light to look for to see the camera go off. The frames of most of the pics were off and you could only see peoples heads and not their bodies so that was a waste of even putting those long nasty beads on. Then, the pictures didn't even span the sides of the small sheet, big black lines framed the sides of the photo paper. I am having a Photo Booth at my wedding and when I walked out of my friends party I turned to my fiancé and said "I will be embarrassed if our wedding booth company is like that" - I am NOT kidding. If it was, I think I'd ask them to leave because they would downgrade my wedding to ghetto style!

Let me say, our photobooth rental was a guest favorite! I wish we would have booked more than two…read morehours. Getting a quote and confirming booking was super easy. About a week before your event you'll receive a mock up of your frame that will be sent to your guests either digitally or printed. This is the moment my experience went sour. They sent a proof over with their website url on the front and when I inquired about it they tried to charge an additional $50 to remove it (which wasn't listed anywhere on their site, our paid contract, or during the booking process.) After I refused to pay the owner tried to "school" me on marketing, branding, and their view of industry standard. So just fyi, if you also think it's tacky to have their url on the front of all your photos be prepared to pay an additional $50 than your original quote. Also my event was 3.2 miles from their Richardson office and there was still an added fuel surcharge despite their website saying if you're over 35 miles away. A better description would be you will be charged fuel + the quote vs *additional fuel charges may apply. They will. These felt like sneaky hidden fees. If I hadn't already paid in full and found out with less than 5 days before our event, I would have canceled and went with another company.

Sheena was extremely helpful in verifying that they were able to meet these requirements before taking my deposit money. These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional. Book these guys and rest assured you'll have a complete and comprehensive package!

We rented the pieces for our original wedding date, then moved our date twice due to COVID. She was super accommodating and updated our contract right away without needing anything extra from us. The structures were there on time and I have no idea when they left. Having them magically appear and disappear without having to coordinate anything day-of is the mark of great service to me. They delivered exactly what we wanted without getting in the way or causing any stress. We'd use them again in a heartbeat, not just because the product was great, but because of the way they work with their customers when life doesn't go to plan.
