Let me say, our photobooth rental was a guest favorite! I wish we would have booked more than two…read morehours. Getting a quote and confirming booking was super easy. About a week before your event you'll receive a mock up of your frame that will be sent to your guests either digitally or printed. This is the moment my experience went sour. They sent a proof over with their website url on the front and when I inquired about it they tried to charge an additional $50 to remove it (which wasn't listed anywhere on their site, our paid contract, or during the booking process.) After I refused to pay the owner tried to "school" me on marketing, branding, and their view of industry standard. So just fyi, if you also think it's tacky to have their url on the front of all your photos be prepared to pay an additional $50 than your original quote. Also my event was 3.2 miles from their Richardson office and there was still an added fuel surcharge despite their website saying if you're over 35 miles away. A better description would be you will be charged fuel + the quote vs *additional fuel charges may apply. They will. These felt like sneaky hidden fees. If I hadn't already paid in full and found out with less than 5 days before our event, I would have canceled and went with another company.

I had already…read morebooked another photobooth company but found out just months before my wedding that not only were they not able to meet my venue's liability insurance requirements, they were not willing to be honest about it either. Sheena was extremely helpful in verifying that they were able to meet these requirements before taking my deposit money. These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional. Book these guys and rest assured you'll have a complete and comprehensive package!

We got Premiere Photobooth for our wedding and had a very positive experience working with them. We…read morecontacted them rather early and were able to negotiate a pretty good deal with them, compared to other vendors of the same caliber. Everyone at Premiere was responsive to emails and it was a pleasure to work with them. The set up and break down were smooth and the booth itself looked very slick. You can definitely fit 5 people in there comfortably. Above that, you gotta be creative =) Their props selections were also pretty extensive, something worth mentioning. They have different props for different occasions but they had things way cooler than the mundane mustache and glasses. We've used many other photobooths at other weddings and parties but Premiere had the best props hands down. As far as we know, there weren't any hiccups during the whole event and our guests loved it. Print quality was high and fast as well. Most vendors only print 2 strips but they allowed us to print as many as we want, so that each guest can take one home. This was great b/c we opted for the scrapbook option. At the end of the ceremony, we had a complete scrapbook with photos of our guests along with their messages. What a priceless keepsake for us! We still read through them once in a while! All the photos will be mailed to you later on in a CD. If you're looking for a photobooth vendor, definitely give Premiere a look!

You can customize the logo and layout of the photostrips, and your guests receive two copies. They even have an option for the an assistant to take the duplicate copy and put them in a scrapbook! (We didn't do this, but I wish we had!) They provided all of the props, and had two wonderful assistants. I also love that we are able to look at and download all of the pictures online!

ZERO STARS -- One of the Most Distressing Vendor Experiences of My Career…read more I am a professional wedding planner writing this review on behalf of my couple, and I want to be very clear: in my ten years in this industry, I have never felt such shock, stress, or sadness for a couple on their wedding day because of a vendor. The DJ assigned to the event--who is also the owner--arrived hours late, offered no communication, and was visibly in no condition to work. When he arrived, he became unable to stand without assistance. At no point did he notify us in advance that he was severely ill, which would have allowed us to bring in a replacement and spare the couple an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. Because he could not unload or set up his equipment, the groomsmen--on a day meant to be joyful and celebratory--spent hours doing it themselves. We were moments away from delaying the ceremony because we were simply trying to get basic equipment functioning. Throughout the night, the DJ was almost entirely unable to perform. A wedding guest ultimately stepped in as the MC. The DJ spent most of the event resting in the groom's suite, and during the brief moments he attempted to be at his table, he did not appear able to operate his setup. The groomsmen then had to tear down and load all of the equipment at the end of the night as well. It was heartbreaking to watch the wedding party and guests fill roles they should never have been put in. This is not what anyone envisions for their wedding day. What has been especially difficult is what followed. Despite full transparency about what occurred, the owner has declined to issue any refund, stating that "services were performed." Given that the majority of the work was done by the wedding party and guests, this response has been incredibly disheartening. For additional context, the owner stepped in only because the originally assigned DJ had been unresponsive and unreliable in the weeks prior--a sign we hoped was isolated, but ultimately reflected a larger pattern. I am writing this review because I never want another couple to experience the level of anxiety, frustration, and disappointment this one endured. I strongly encourage future couples to choose a DJ service that is consistent, communicative, and prepared with proper contingency plans. A wedding day is far too important--and far too emotional--to be put at risk.
