The young man at the front was welcoming. And you could see all of the cameras right away. Gave me an extra sense of security. We were only staying for the night. I think we were there for a total of maybe 11 hours. We got in around 10 with our kids and we were so tired. The room was clean. Not sure if we had neighbors but it was quiet. The blankets were pretty thin. I was freezing going to bed so I wish they had an extra blanket stowed away that was heavier. I'm sure I could've called and asked for one but I didn't want to bother anyone. I was surprised that the beds and pillows were decently comfortable. Even my kids fell asleep quick. If we come back to Dallas we would stay here again.

I was suppose to rent a room at your location off of hwy 183 and esters in Irving, TX on April 26th, Friday morning at 2am and check out Monday morning at 4am. I made the reservation with booking.com 1st, the clerk took a while to get to the counter. The clerk did not have any identification that indicated he worked there. I told the gentleman that I needed a room for that night and that I will be checking out at 4am. I gave him my confirmation number, but he said I was not in the system since I had just made my reservation 15 minute prior. So he entered the reservation manually. Per my confirmation with booking.com,  My booking was slated for Friday morning until Monday morning for a total of 204.00. I asked him 3 times to confirm that everything was correct. Initially, he tried to charge me 210.00, but I told him that's not what is in my confirmation. He overrode the system and charges me the 204.00 which I paid in cash. I also advised him that I did not want house keeping, yet when I returned later that evening from being out, my room was cleaned up with the except of me finding a used tooth pick under the air con unit.  Saturday, house keeping came knocking on the door, and I told them again that I do not want house keeping and to not bother coming Sunday as well. She said she doesn't understand English that well and my Spanish isn't that great, so u told the front front desk I do not want housekeeping service during the duration of my stay. Well Sunday come around and house keeping kept telling me it's time to check out. I told them again. That I am not checkout until Monday morning at 4am. The so called manager of desk clerk comes banging on the door and tell me that I had to pay for another night. I said that I already paid for 3 night so why would I pay for another. So he tell me to go to the front office and talk to him then. He proceeds to tell me that even if I checked in after midnight that it goes for the prior day. I check into all of my hotels after midnight and I have never had an issue like that before. Also this guy too does not wear a company shirt or name tag so I do not even know if he is a manager or a staff on duty. When I explained that that's not what the clerk the night before told me, he tried to say that his English isn't that great, but that he insisted I pay for another night. Because of your clerks clerical error, I had to impose on a friend and stay their for a night until it was time for my flight to leave. If I hadnt paid cash and reserved the room with my credit card, I would be disputing this with my credit card company. Please note that I will never stay at another one of your establishments again, and I will also tell my friends and colleagues to do the same since none of your employees at your esters location know how to read a reservation confirmation, adhear to privacy of hotel guest, or explain and confirm reservation with said guest.

However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here. Choose another property just simply so you don't have to deal with the hassle.

Overall the room was very nice.. I was surprised by the complete cement room but shockingly it was perfect, the bed is comfortable however the pillows are very big. My neck does not do well with thick pillows and these were very thick. The bar was mediocre and the bar tender struggled to keep up with customers and wasn't very friendly. Overall it was a good hotel and a fun experience.

I stayed here on an American Airlines voucher due to plane issues and missing my connecting flight. I got into DFW around 1AM and had to be back at the airport by 4am - so I was just hoping for a clean space that was safe to try to catch an hour or two of sleep. I appreciated the other reviews to help me feel a bit more confident. I did not take the shuttle either direction because I needed to maximize my time and ensure I got back to the airport on time. I grabbed a Lyft each direction (scheduled the one back to the airport). Check in was easy and quick - lobby was very basic, not the most inviting, but the staff was friendly and kept the process efficient! I saw a vending machine in the lobby too though I didn't look at it closely. My room was good size, and my bed was comfortable. I could hear others doors, but turned on white noise on my phone and it really helped. As others mentioned, there are not toiletries provided other than two small bars of soap. No tissues either and thin towels - BUT my room was clean, and was able to catch about 1.5-2 hours of sleep, take a quick shower, and I know it was better than staying in the airport. If I was in this situation again, I would pick this hotel over the other options that my voucher included.

Very thin walls. Heard neighbors having a party. What a terrible experience.
