ZERO Remediation ZERO Contact to Residents ZERO Room Cleanings ZERO Maid Service on Monday Traci, the "Manager" is total POS without empathy, morals, ethics and most likely, IMO a Satanic witch that thrived on Residents' suffering. I called Traci who gave me: My clothes got soaked: "We have a coin-operated Laundry you can use." ZERO Compensation for soiled Clothing. My room remained unclean, unsanitized, with standing water from Saturday, 08/09/2025 to Monday, 08/11/2025 without any Management assisting any Residents. I asked to speak to the Regional Manager and was only given his name, and not his phone number by Traci. Having done extensive remediation in Houston after Hurrican Harvey and running a very successful construction company - BLACK MOLD WILL FORM. Water is standing under every floor of every room. I stayed to see if anyone from InTown Suites, or their Registered Agent, CT Corporation would return my Calls and Complaints - NOPE! TRASH OWNERS, TRASH MANAGEMENT, TRASH BUILDING THAT WILL MOLD. Traci did NOTHING to Relocate Residents at another InTwon Suites, or Compentsation for another Motel/Hotel. I left Monday afternoon early for my Week allocation due to the horrible Customer Service. The Guy Mr. ROB PEAK was a outstanding person and he was very Nice. If I every needed to stay in IN Town Suites it would be at The 1240 w Trinity Mills Rd Carrollton tx. Rob the Manager,plays his part well. He walks the property looking for cigarettes butts, wants the place to look good on the outside. When you open your door to the room. Filthy, the couch is one big Disease. You can't identify the stains. I was there almost 2months.i would not lie. I am a 120lbs, the mattress sanked to the medal frame. The AC flooded, I was at work, he left a pink slip, stated it was fixed it was fixed. It wasn't. The restrm fan dint work, he never fixed it. Remember it's how it looks on the outside. Also the majority of people who live there are African Americans. You would think he would accommodate. It's all about keeping them contained.Then only thing you will get is 3 trash bags, with your room number. Than you have Angelo. He drives the dark blue Toyota. He lives on property, his room is on the corner next to office. He does Rob dirty work. Meaning, if you acc identally lock your card in room, and call the after hour number, he will be pissed off you called, than scholl you for 15mintes, saying how he will get you a second card. What since that makes. And it's a lie. Also Angelo is a Thief. Remember he has a the main card to all rooms. A couple of people told me, they saw him enter my room, my tweeser came up missin. I approached him, and asked were are my tweeser, he said nothing.you would think he would say, I dint steal anything. He never said nothing. Also he walks all night, and he has a day job. Remember why Rob at home sleeping, he's watching you. Than reports to his Boss, Warden Rob. He will talk real nice. Watch out, he is no good. Like I said he does Rob dirty works. ROACHES!!!! There are roaches covering this whole place. I came back to place after going out for the night and there were around 6-7 roaches in the sink. It's 2 in the morning. I quickly ran to the corner store and bought some raid and killed a few of them but the others scurried away. After that I laid down in bed and I felt something crawling on my arm and it was a roach. I shook the sheets and 3 came running out from under the sheets. Absolutely disgusting and appalling...RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

The cheapest mattress still in plastic wrap, making it very uncomfortable and un-breatheable, your sweat has no place to go. In addition, it makes noises whenever you turn. The grasshopper like insects managed to enter your room and get under your bed. Due to business reasons I had to check out 3 days than I had booked for. Told the front desk manager a couple of days ahead of days ahead of time. He didn't say a word and promised he would refund. Yet a week later after I called in, he said no, they were not going to refund me the money. But he did not even bother to send me an email or call me to explain. It wasn't posted anywhere in their policy either! It seems they were planning to cheat from the beginning! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. Good for a short week, but exhausting at other times. If you stay longer than a week, they watch you like a hawk. The room with its disgusting pale washed pink walls and forever closed windows feel very close to a prison. The decor is like a wonderful vomit of ugly colors of green maroon and specks of blue and yellow. The smells are forever there and it drifts from the different rooms. Smokers ARE NOT separated. I don't understand this at all. The laundry machines are crap. The other inhabitants are disgusting loud people - some out of work collecting checks from the government, some in between life situations, and some who live there, because they cannot get a regular apartment. Some of them are people who have work that move them around probably are in fields of work like construction and have to move about - but that isn't bad or good - it's just is, so expect those types to be there. I stayed here while picking my next apartment complex as I was moving jobs. I met a few good people here, but overall this place is full of vagrants. Again, not a place for normal travelers. The good points: the manager has been friendly with me from the get-go. The front is excellent. The place overall is quiet. The room has a full functioning large fridge, a medium sized sink, two burners, vent, microwave. Bathroom has shower and tub. Cable and moderate speed internet. House keeping comes once a week if you stay longer. Prices depending on what season you are checking in will be different - 180-220/weekly. read more

I get here on business only to be told that they didn't have a room for me even though I had received about 3 e-mails confirming it. They just 'ran out of rooms,' but we're happy to up-sell me to an expensive one that I couldn't afford. In my experience, you honor a reservation even if you have to give that person the more expensive room for their quoted price. Didn't happen. So while I try to find another one, my mom calls the manager, and promptly gets hung up on. I ended up staying at a different hotel that's location is quite a distance from my job, but at least I didn't have to deal with these rude people! read more

I have been staying here for about 4 weeks. Room make up only once a week but they have missed it for the 3rd week. Toiletries are only provided for the 1st week. Buy it yourself after you finished. Towels to be washed yourself. Washing machine and dryer at L1. Kitchen, TV, fridge and microwave in room. Bring you own cable modem for internet since they do not provide. Bring your own pots, dishes and cleansers if you are cooking. Brought my own pillows but it's left underneath the bed after room make up. Plus point, free parking if you drive. Dart station and bus service within walking distance. (2-15mins). Quiet surrounding. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarket is nearby too (10mins walk). Walmart is at the other side of the road too (10-15mins). Note: You get massive headaches and tiredness if you are not from the western regions, due to the grass and trees around the "hotel". Be very quiet since it's not sound proof and everyone can hear you. Be very vigilant. If you can afford, stay in a hotel. For budget then go for pack packers hostel (which is rather rare here). Pay in advance and don't be late since there will be a penalty to be incurred for late check out. 13% Tax rebates only after 5 weeks stay? Supposedly to have 2% rebates for non domestic. He took my reservation & then when I showed up to get my room he said they don't hold rooms. Why take reservations if they don't reserve them in the first place. Room was clean. The place is quiet. However, beware of the weekly "inspections". This is where the staff designates a day your room will be "inspected". They won't tell you what time of the day it will be inspected. Nor will they call you or the room in advance of appearing. They just suddenly appear at the door and demand immediate entrance. Once inside a team of four or five men, wearing latex gloves, will go through the room ala a police raid. They will demand that you exit the room. They will tip over your mattress and go thru every drawer, cupboard and corner. All in all, it was very invasive and rude. And they actually inflict this treatment on all of their "guests." And any protests will only be met with shrugs and a claim that this is their right. read more
