I have to say that this place was gorgeous. I felt so fancy ok. It just so happen that I arrived there the day after the races were in Arlington so there was no self parking. Valet was cool and pricey but they were quick about getting vehicles quickly. I appreciated that. They opened the door for you or one could take the carousel door. All glass. Very elegant. I had a room on the 12th floor looking at the AT&T Stadium. They had two sides for the elevator within the same hall that went to specific floors. A room key is necessary to get to floors above the conference floors. The conference spaces were nice, comfy, and spacious. Plenty of beautiful clean restrooms. The room itself was nice and cozy. They provided a couple of complimentary waters along with the cash snack and water bar. A single serve keurig machine and an ice bucket. Bathroom was nice with a shower and the toilet on opposite ends of it. Thats always nice. Bodywash and hair products in wall mount on the shower wall. Robes in the closet. (I didnt even use it. Ugh!) And the bed was soooo comfortable. I was very comfortable. And did I mention clean. It was very clean. And the common areas always smelled and looked great. I really enjoyed my stay there. read more

This was my first stay at a Loews. If I could give six stars I would. This was one of the best experience-for-price values I've ever had at any hotel. Miles and Aariana were incredible at the front desk. Always very friendly, always helpful, they were our go-to folks in the evening. Delighted my daughter in some way anytime she came down. Room was great overlooking the old ballpark, very comfortable suite There's a coffee/sandwich/ice cream shop in the lobby that is very good. The Loews was a comfy stay during a recent work trip. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. They refreshed the room daily and I thought it was rather clean. The hotel looks really high end. The staff is nice. The Italian restaurant is wonderful!!!! The coffee shop was great. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arriving I noticed that it had hair from others in my bathroom. I was tired and didn't have energy to complain and relocate. The day the maid comes in to clean my room while I was gone and left this dirty rag on top of my belongings. Super gross. I have pics. I complained and they said they sincerely apologized. Housekeeping really needs to up their game. I was there for 4 days. Don't be fooled that just because it looks high end that it is clean... The pool and bar was nice. We had a very good experience staying for 5 nights here. Room was comfy, nice linens, bathroom amenities etc and the view over the stadium was cool. The food at the Italian restaurant in the lobby was good, as was the service. Soy cowboy the adjoining Asian fusion restaurant was also very good. Our stay at Loews Arlington Hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating such a warm and festive atmosphere. During this winter storm, we've stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds and a walk in shower. They allow pets so our little boy could come too & they even gave him a welcome bag :-) We loved that we could dine in our room which also included a pet menu...how cool! We stayed at the Loews Arlington Hotel for Thanksgiving to watch the football game, and even ended up staying an extra night. The hotel itself is beautiful and our stay was overall really enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was great for the holiday weekend. The only major issue was how severely understaffed the hotel was. Multiple employees mentioned they "didn't expect this many people," which was surprising considering the same Thanksgiving game happens every single year. Because of the lack of staff, service was noticeably slow in several areas. We honestly felt bad for the employees because it was clear the situation wasn't their fault--they were doing the best they could with what they had. Aside from the staffing and service delays, everything else was perfect and we did have a great stay. If they can improve their staffing levels for busy weekends, this hotel would easily be a five-star experience. read more

I won a trip to Dallas for the Texas ranger game cause we work for Globe Life. They put us in the Loews hotel which was marvelous. All the staff from the front desk to valet to the host at Farena and the pool attendant, all so friendly, helpful, professional and/or sweet. After the game, we went back to the hotel to hang around the bar. As I walked up to the bar to order, I was greeted by Nikaloi with a huge smile. stayed to attend one of the cardinals vs. rangers games, and loved our experience at the loews in KC back in november and expected the same here. wrong! the bad & ugly: dropped my charger on the floor, for my husband to go to get it - he didn't grab my charger initially, he grabbed a condom. it was still wrapped, but it ruins the illusion of YOUR *clean* room. prior to the start of the game on saturday, may 31st, my husband made the rather long walk to the car to retrieve something, and i headed to The Bar for a drink - cant attest to the drink quality the 3 to 4 other people were sipping on, since nobody acknowledged me, even as one bartender walked past me to serve a gentleman his cranberry mimosa, ignore me, even as my card is on the bar. (you can roll tape if you'd like, as the bartender walks past me, makes the mimosa, counts money in front of me, and doesn't look at me or utter a single word. may 31st - game start was 3:05, so this was around 2-2:30ish.) i was in baseball garb (overalls and a cardinals crop shirt, but not overexposed by any means) so if there was a dress code and that's why i was blatantly ignored - well, how would i even know? that generally requires someone speaking to you. props to the lovely gal who checked me out, and confirmed a condom on the floor is in fact, major ICK. she assured me she made a note when checking me out about the condom and my experience at The Bar so the manager could be aware and reach out - haven't heard from anyone at either loews or "The Bar" (insert joke about a low bar). i was given a partial credit for the free condom, but this experience has soured me on loews - i am not cheap, but i am not rich; if you charge certain prices i do have certain standards, which is why if this happened at a low budget motel, i'd expect it. over $900 for two nights, before taxes? prior to my "gift package" - thanks, but no thanks. read more

I had an amazing stay here. Everyone from the bellhops to housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurants was so wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful and includes an on-site Avis office for rental cars. Very convenient. The rooms have a fridge, hair dryer, and a coffeemaker. They do offer room service but also have some other restaurants as well. All of the meals I had there were delicious and seasoned well. There is one restaurant in particular that I want to highlight and that is Farena the Italian restaurant. I had breakfast there on Monday morning and my waitress was fantastic. Unfortunately I had just recently lost my old beagle mix pup (his name was Merlin) and I started crying and before I knew it I was telling my waitress all about it. She was so sweet and not only was service excellent, but she and her manager really made my day (more like my whole year lol) when they presented me with a condolences card signed by the staff and a huge piece of chocolate cake on the house! They gave me hugs too haha! I left there feeling light as air. I will forever cherish the card and the sentiment behind it. If you have a chance, i highly recommend staying at Loews! They really care about you and it shows. They have gained a loyal customer for life! read more

The hotel is new and beautiful. The rooms are clean and modern and even a standard king room was nice and had a great view of AT&T stadium. Our check in was efficient and the woman who helped me was friendly and kind. It's a very busy hotel. I don't know if it is particularly busy during my stay or if this is typical. There was a conference going on with lots of middle of high schoolers who were running around (like kids do!) but it lasted until the wee hours of the morning and they were going up and down the elevators playing tag and running on the hotel floors and slamming doors and banging on our door. I really didn't expect that at this hotel. In hindsight I would have booked the Loews Live as it didn't appear to host large conferences like this and was slightly more upscale. I was traveling with my 8 year old son and the noise was unfortunate plus I was preoccupied by calling front desk to try and get resolution. They sent security (I could hear security talking to the kids) but after they left the kids were running around again. I was hoping they would offer to move me floors but they just kept sending security. I poked my head out one time and the kids yelled at me that I snitched on them! Haha. Kids. All in all it's a beautiful hotel and great staff but maybe call and ask if there are any conventions in town before booking or just book at the Loews Live if you're looking for a more quiet and refined stay. They're connected by a skybridge but the Loews Live is smaller and just had a more upscale feel for not too much more per night. read more

So once we went through all the Hoops to scan in create the credit card profile on my husband's phone I go to leave that day as he goes to his conference and it won't accept my skin on my phone and wants me to do it all over again because it's not applicable because I didn't scan it on my phone again no parking attendant insight. I felt completely mortified for the poor older gentleman that was in front of me trying to get through not only did he not know what to do there was a huge language barrier for the poor man. And on top of everything else I would like to add it was two degrees in Texas inside that parking garage. So I had the gentleman back up I had to scan to get out which took forever to even have your system register the code that I entered I tried to hurry through so he could follow me and it slammed down on him where I could do nothing to help him. I was at Loews hotel for a conference and spent 3 days in their venue. The hotel venues and lobbies were very clean. The hotel staff was friendly. Even sitting in the bar area, we were greeted by servers and offered menus. The location was very good with TX Live across the street allowing plenty of food for conference goers to get to without having to drive. A few things were disappointing, the first being that an escalator broke on day 2 of the conference leaving 2000 attendees to use the stairs. Because there were people who attended who could use the escalator rather than the elevator but having to use the stairs was a no, the elevator line was forever. It didn't seem to me the hotel made it a priority to expedite the repair especially in the middle of a conference. The coffee shop was very pricey and with Starbucks across the street, I would have thought the prices would have been comparable. The sound system at the evening Zebra pen breakout and during the other parts of the conference was not up to par. Several attendees stated they couldn't hear. Even as I was in front of the stage area in the middle of the seating, the sound seemed muffled during parts of the presentations. Maybe some of the issues were because the hotel was new or maybe just failure to be properly prepared, but either way, it was a bit disappointing. read more

Two weird situations here. If you self-park, you need to use a QR code at the gate which matches your phone with your license plate. You then get texted a link to a payment page to enter credit card information. That puts a massive amount of your data into the hands of third-party parking and billing teams. It also discriminates against those without a smartphone or a credit card. And while the garage is connected to the hotel, self-parking charges cannot be added to the room bill. The channel guide on the TV may not give accurate information about what's on. The Dallas-Fort Worth network affiliates are available, but the channel numbers are incorrect, and the listings are for stations in Chattanooga, TN. The rooms are big, clean, and well-appointed. Another good thing is the elevators will only go to room floors after scanning the keycard. read more

Absolutely stunning hotel! Enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Very spacious lounge area compared to the Infinity pool across the street at the sister Hotel. The room had a nice view overlooking North Arlington. Definitely try the food and cocktails at the poolside cantina, Tomar El Sol. Jose was our waiter, very attentive and helpful with recommendations! The guacamole, ceviche, pork belly tacos and carne tacos were delicious. The parking garage wasn't pricey but be mindful of travel time during the events in the area. read more

This hotel is brand new 500 room location. This hotel has only been open for one month. If you're in the Arlington area and hoping to go to Six Flags, watch a Dallas Cowboys game, go on a fun date night, or see the Texas Rangers play in the new Rangers stadium, the location of this hotel is perfection. The hotel is next door to the new Texas Rangers ballpark, and the Arlington convention center, and is adjacent to Cowboys stadium. A new museum is being built in this same area. There are great dining options, bars, and even some shops located within a blocks radius, and all areas mentioned are within an easy walking distance. The food quality available at the hotel was great! The architecture, and interior design of this hotel was beautiful. The professionalism of the hotel staff, and willingness to help their guests feel welcome, and are attentive to the guests needs. We stayed in a Large king room. The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities in the room were wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. We will be back. read more

Overall, a great hotel. The only issue we had was the valet. It took about 30 minutes both days we stayed there. Valet was $40/night, self park is $30 night or each time you leave. They give you a card with a number that you can text. So I text this morning at 5:54 am and get this response. "Due to high demand, we're currently unable to process text-down requests for valet services." So I go in person expecting to see a lot of cars. Nope. Hardly any. No valet drivers in sight either. Another customer points me towards an outside window. I walk over and there are 4 people sitting there. I present my ticket and after a few minutes of discussion, they finally agree to go get my car. Says it will take 8 minutes. Nope. After 15 mins, I ask another guy and he says it's a 1/2 mile walk back there to the parking garage. The whole interaction was just weird. Felt like they were doing me a favor to get my car. Fwiw, I still tipped the guy that finally brought me my car at 6:30, 36 mins after I had requested it. He seemed to be one of the few guys willing to work. Really nice hotel but the valet process needs some attention. read more
