My son accidentally broke a glass and the staff made the situation a minor ding on our experience. They were so sweet and brought him a styrofoam cup to drink from. La Quinta was a much nicer experience, for only about $20 more per night. But keep in mind Studio 6 was a studio, so had a mini kitchen. We were in our room for about 15 minutes when the phone rang. It was the front desk asking if everything was OK. Nice touch, and it was. Also worth noting is that La Quinta includes breakfast. Our early morning appointment meant we would miss out, but I'd bet we could not get breakfast and coffee, fo two, in Arlington. Only the bathroom showed the age of the hotel. Caulking along the floor, and back of the door, was a little rough... But there was shampoo (if you read the Studio 6 reviews), so that's another win. Bottom: Would definitely spend the night here again, and hopefully be able to stay for breakfast.

When we got there we went to check in and the front desk told us we had to wait till 2pm to check in. I had some work to do anyway so we just waited in the lobby. Then about a half hour later, someone else walked in to check in and they let them. So odd. So we went back up and asked if we could check in and they let us. Again, super odd. But the woman who checked us in was sooo nice. So we let it go. She even told us about the shuttle that went to Cowboys stadium for the game that went there and back and was only $10 a person! Score! The rooms are a little dated but honestly they were fine. Very spacious which was nice. We were very pleasantly surprised. They also have a continental breakfast which we did one day and even came down like 10 minutes till and the staff wasn't rude about it at all! They were so nice and let us still get food. The World Cup was even on and we watched it with some of the staff. We seriously had a great time chatting with them and getting recommendations of where to go. The staff here is incredible and honestly made our stay at this hotel. Whenever we come back to Dallas to see a game, we will definitely be staying here.
