Came to town for a Posty concert--he was fine, but Jelly Roll rolled away with the show! Now the hotel... check-in drama started when the app ghosted me like a bad Tinder date. Front desk lady looked like we interrupted her Oscar-worthy goodbye to a coworker. But her neighbor? Absolute gem--smiling, helpful, basically the human version of a warm cookie. Our stay was overall pretty good! The staff was friendly and very helpful. No one is rude whatsoever. The pool side is nice and chill. I was impressed with there view of koi fish and just overall natural scenery next to the pool. Inside you wil find a bar that typically opens at 4pm and a restraunt. They have a cute little store inside just in case you want to grab a coffee, water, beer or snack. The beds are nothing to brag about but def is clean. The only reason I didn't get it a 5 star stay was because of the A/C. For some reason the A/C kept coming in and out making for a very luke warm experience with the air and in this Texas heat it can be frustrating . The walk from here to the stadium is about 13 mins and goes by quick. We took the trolley to get over to the Globe field but honestly the walk was so much easier. read more

Such nice staff, good food although a bit expensive, they have a really nice pool as well as a hot tub that has jets YOU can control. Pool and hot tub is free and available to hotel members but if you are not a hotel member you have to buy a day pass online for only $15 a person. Really nice atmosphere, and very pretty. Just wanted to say... we've been here a couple of times and all those times we've had a great experience. This time especially since we're traveling with our family. The check-in staff & Aixa who took care of us upon our afternoon check in, to the cleaning lady Alma & the male colleague who were very sweet and attentive. The breakfast staff who went far and beyond to make us feel at home! Especially Don Jose and Don Mario! The chefs and attending staff at breakfast time were great! Chris, maintenance gentleman was very nice and informative about the coil fish. Last but not least I cannot forget the bartenders. They were on their game! The bar/restaurant area was packed with Cowboys (Go Cowboys!!) and somewhat eagle fans.. Bartenders Tyler and Jesus, made our time at the bar area super comfortable, along with great conversations. Hotel Waiting to be Reborn This was our first stay here since the Texas Rangers went to the World Series to play the San Francisco Giants. The building exterior still looks the same and the lobby is large but a bit dated. The checkin process was done quickly by the professional front desk staff. The hotel is like others by running with a minimum staff where both the casual and regular dining halls were closed. The coffee shop/gift store was also closed at the time of checkin, but a sign noted it closes at 1:00 PM. Breakfast is served in the casual restaurant and in the evening dinner at the main restaurant/bar. Sheraton makes you feel like this is a luxury hotel where outside they have a large pool with spa and koi pond. We stayed in a club-level level with access to a private lounge. The lounge was stocked with water/soft drinks and coffee with light snacks. No alcohol was spotted. Supposedly breakfast was provided there in the morning where I checked and saw nothing, and dined downstairs. Our room was nice and modern with everything working. There was a mini refrigerator for drinks. The only negatives were I felt the room always felt warm even with AC turned low and the bed also felt warm while sleeping on it. Some floors have different vending machines where some only have drinks but others food snacks. The Sheraton is walking distance to Globe Life Field and Esports Stadium Arlington. Looks like you could walk to Six Flags but there is the Arlington Trolly stop in front to take you to various tourist spots in the area including AT&T Stadium. The parking is free and felt safe. The breakfast in the morning was excellent where could enjoy the buffet or order from a menu. The buffet included a person to make your a special omelet by picking out your own ingredients. She did a great job and mine was good. Hopefully Marriott International with the new Loews hotels nearby plans on a major remodeling effort to update this hotel property. This one felt more laid-back and quieter than the nearby Loews with young partying into the late night after a Rangers game. read more

An okay hotel. 2 nights in my room was $300. Great location with comfy beds. I like that they have smart TVs you can log into Netflix from. Modern, updated styling. I appreciate that all rooms have a fridge, and I got a couple bottles of water. Parking is free. It needs more than 2 elevators for 19 floors; travel can get pokey. Toilet seat slid every time I used it so I was on the rim (I had a king suite, corner room). There was no "do not disturb" sign in my room, but it didn't matter anyways because my room was never cleaned (two night stay). There was a sign in my room saying that they thoroughly clean due to COVID-19, but the bathroom counter had dark brown marks, like coffee marks. I had to use the free hand wipes they gave me to wipe the counter. The marks readily dissolved. Most of the staff were nice, although I called ahead and asked for a room on the lower floor and got one on 17. The only person who was terse was the guy at check out, some redhead/strawberry blonde guy who didn't want to interact with people checking out. read more

Visited in September when in town for games at Ranger's baseball stadium. Called to say we would arrive late -- told it was fine -- but they gave our room with 2 queen beds away by the time we got there at 1am. Had us stay in an ADA room -- with King bed and a rollaway -- and which lacked any possible kind of counter space. Luckily they were able to move us the 2nd/3rd nights. They did give us a free breakfast for our troubles. Overall, this hotel felt dated. There was a reptile convention in town -- and as not a snake person -- I definitely saw snakes in the lobby (with their owners). Bright spots: Omlette makers were both super nice the days we got breakfast. My friend left her shoes in the first room and housekeeping had saved them so she was able to get them back. People genuinely felt bad they'd given our room away. Walking distance to the stadium. I'd go back -- but not epic. read more

Stayed there on Sunday, Jan 29th and the first room was hot (ac didn't work), smelled like sweat, had two beds that were kinda made, and a lamp shade that looked like someone spilled mustard on the inside of it... (see photos) The second room had beds that were made, however we found a fake eyelash and purple thread in one bed. Oddly, my room lacked shampoo, regular coffee, there was food/rust on the ironing board and housekeeping were argumentative. Guest services was busy this morning, as it took 15 minutes to get through by phone. I'm going to review this though I were simply an attendee at an event in the conference center. Heads up!: If there is a Cowboys game, get ready to see tons of fans of the Boys and their opponents lingering, drinking, talking. It's all good though! When you walk in, it's a large open lobby. Much more impressive than the outside. They do have a pretty busy bar straight ahead, so stop in a bit before your conference to catch a swig, if appropriate. Up the staircase to the second level rests a room that seated about 400 for my event. Tea, coffee and water were served at my event. The meal was a slice of pork loin (didn't eat) a grilled chicken breast (didn't eat), brown gravy, mixed veggies and a potato pancake. What I did eat was very good. They also passed around assorted dinner rolls, which I did not eat once again. The service was great! I was impressed that the sound system and acoustics were flawless. I was on the far side of the room and never missed a beat! The reception area upstairs, but outside the door was big enough for them to have tables that they could receive people as they leave. The restrooms were to the right of the room exit, but were very small. There was quite a line. I truly enjoyed the event, and would recommend this place to anyone hosting a decent sized event, and if you happen to attend one here, you are in for a treat! read more

This hotel is listed as an up market. Certainly not worth the money they charge. The lobby is very nice. Lots of parking and I guess if you're going to the convention center or Six Flags it would be great to a Point. However, I was there for three nights. I stayed in two different rooms. The one on the lower floor was clean, the one on the higher floor was not . They did have a good TV , Internet, and the air-conditioning worked. But ,that was about it ! And the beds were clean in both rooms. The bathroom is filthy In the first room. There was hair and dust all over, including the bathroom floor and there was weird stains on the wall. There was a dispenser on the wall that had nothing in it. It was like a ploy to get you to think that there was something in it. Luckily I had some products with me . The next night I had a different room on the lower level much cleaner and came with a few products. There was only one place to eat. That was in the bar. You could eat there or get it to go. No other restaurants are within walking distance of this location. If you had a car it would not be as bad. Expensive rooms ,not a great experience . The front desk was Pleasant. But ,just kind of a disappointment Hotel. read more

From the moment we checked in late morning, the staff were all wonderful to work with. We checked in but our room was being made ready so the front desk offered to hold our backpacks until we came back from the ballgame. This hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the ballpark. After the game, we came back to freshen up before an early dinner. We got our room keys and went upstairs. The keys did not work but one of the staff happened to be in the hall so she just let us in! It was perfect. As we left the hotel, we got the keys programmed. After dinner, we came back to the bar area adjacent to the lobby. I liked how open the layout was and the bar staff were all easy and attentive. Even checking out, the staff were genuinely friendly. It is refreshing to see a work family that gets along so well. It starts at the top and every level we saw was great! Don't miss the coffee bar either, they were great too with a small convenience shop for those last minute items. read more

Located 9 minutes walk to Live Texas and Globe Life Field. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks. There isn't large parking spaces for oversized vehicles. Staff are very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom sinks are a bit low so you have to bend 90 degrees at the waist just so you can wash your face. The hotel does allow dogs as I saw a dog had done his morning business in the elevator lobby, but the owner never cleaned it up. Breakfast selections were plenty with scramble eggs, bacon, pastry, fruits, sausage, grits, and gravy plus toast. read more

This hotel serves its core purpose: to house for a good nights rest but not much more. Like many have said, the rooms are outdated. Especially the bathrooms!!! I cannot deal with a gross looking bathroom so that's the entire reason for the star loss. I enjoyed their buffet breakfast ($14) downstairs one morning. It wasn't anything particularly amazing, they do have an omelette station, but it gave me the opportunity to taste a bit of everything I wanted instead of choosing from the breakfast menu. Another morning I went into their marketplace that includes a Starbucks and other convenient, quick snacks. My grandmother raved on her coffee, that praise alone is meaningful! I wouldn't stay here again because of the dated restrooms. But if you're not as choosy, it's location (proximity to stadium and six flags) should make it a perfect fit. read more

This place cost over 300 a night and was not worth 79 a nite. Old dust room with furniture aged only by the bricks to build it. Lights did not work, tub was backed up. The worse were the old pillows. There were six or eight on the bed and none of the were fluffy. Miserable night sleep. Dust and broken iron board. Worse was calling the front desk. 300 a night and we have to call for room cleaning. We come here for an event yearly in January. While the rooms are nice, the hotel overall does need some updating. The pros to the rooms are: beds are comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows (and I'm particular about my pillows), Netflix access (if you have an account but really who doesn't anymore), decent coffee in the room. Cons on the room bathroom needing some attention outlets were loose and so was the shower faucet. Overall the atmosphere of the hotel is nice, needs a convenience store open more often and the elevators need to be fixed. But overall it's a nice play to stay read more

Great location but outdated and the food is horrible. The staff over all was good. If they'd update and fire the "chef" and get there act together on the food this can be a gem. When the Lowe's is done they will lose and higher standard clients. I would easily pay double for a better experience. Also, one of the elevators wasn't working properly. We have stayed here every time we come to a ball game and have never been disappointed! The staff is amazing, friendly, well trained and seem to enjoy their jobs! Housekeeping was on target and there to please. The bar tender smiled and treated the whole family with respect. My favorite was Willie who brought us room service breakfast and smiled and made us feel special. The food was tasty and hot!! We will continue to stay here whenever we come to Arlington!! I spent two nights here recently to attend a meeting at Globe Life Park for work. Sheraton seems to be the only hotel that is in the area, at least the only high rise hotel I noticed since it stands out like a sore thumb from a far distance. It served its purpose of providing a clean room and convenient location. There is a marketplace in the lobby floor where you can purchase some coffee, snacks, toiletries you might have forgotten to pack, beer, wine and other beverages to bring to your room. They also had a display of cool cowboy hats that were $20-$28 each. Kudos to the free shuttle service they provide their guests. I took advantage of this by hopping on it soon after I arrived and got settled into my room since I wanted to grab a quick bite at a nearby BBQ spot that I had bookmarked 'to try' but they were closing in 52 minutes. Fortunately, our shuttle driver dropped me off first and brought the other shuttle riders to their destination after. Overall, it was a good stay. Front desk reception employees were super nice, location was perfect and the room was clean with complimentary bottled water and strong (and free) wifi. I'd stay here again if I ever found the need to go to Arlington again for work. read more

Meh. Location is odd for places to eat. I had glanced over the food menu in my room quickly before heading down, especially since it was decently late on a Sunday, and they had lots of options. The first thing I noticed when I got down to the restaurant was the room menu was $1 more for every item (on top of adding a delivery fee and gratuity). My server was Ashley and she was really kind. My meal though was bagged to go, I didn't recall the reason as I was dining in, but didn't mind she it bagged to go because I was by myself and really wanted to eat in my room. Still, figured that was odd. I got the chicken wings in a hot sriracha flavor. I also thought I took a picture, but must not have saved it.. they were huge! Like the size of chicken strips but with a bone in them. Unfortunately, that's all that was thrilling about them. The flavor had a kick of something I couldn't quite put my finger on. I thought it was a bit lemon-lime ish but at the same time it wasn't. Towards the bottom they just started tasting less appealing, very bready and fatty, and altogether weird. I wouldn't order them again. Maybe during the day but it's hard to say. As far as the room, also not that special. For some reason I was given a handicap room and that's fine, but also inconvenient because the hangers were way too low. I was given to queen beds and one of the sheets had a funny stain of some sort, I'm not too sure, so I was able to just switch to the other bed to do my regular checks and sleep in that one. My stay went from bad to worse, and I haven't even left yet. I'm afraid to walk out of my room, as this hotel has gone downhill fast. I've stayed here in the past, and for that reason I chose to stay again. It's been a couple years, but my experiences in the past were great. Unfortunately, since changing to Bonvoy, perhaps new ownership, or management, this Sheraton has reached the level of service you find in the "No tell Motel" with 4 hour naps, and rooms turned without cleaning to push up revenue. The shuttle service says it's "on demand and complimentary" yet when I call for my ride they said it ends at 930PM. Good luck with a delayed flight folks, cause they didn't even offer to pay for Uber or a cab. The front desk person said "it's on our website when you book." I guess he lives in the AOL era, cause I haven't booked a hotel from my Commodore 64 in about 10 years. Since giving up my Beeper and coins for the payphone, I like 95% of travelers book directly from an app. Perhaps it's time to update that too... Next, I had checked in online thinking I'd be able to waltz right into my room. I was wrong. The non-existent front desk finally came out after about 10 minutes to "gather my info." I was a bit frustrated, seeing as how I had checked in already online and made my reservation days ago. Now the kicker. He is scrambling radioing to a colleague in what he thought was a whisper "is a room ready? Anything clean?" OK, time for me to imagine bedbugs dancing in my dreams... Sure enough, they put me in a room that I'm sure was just vacated minutes before, as I found PUBIC HAIR on the floor around the sink, around the toilet, and body hair ON THE SINK! Ready to freak out and feel something crawling on you? I see the bed and it looked about as well made as I would make it.... comforter pulled up to the pillows, pillows wrinkled as if I can still feel the person's body heat withering away, and the sheets wrinkled as if someone was just rolling around having a good time minutes before. I'm ready to leave. Unfortunately. I'll have to get to the airport almost 1 hour early, since their "shuttle" ONLY runs 1 time per hour. Oh wait, you better reserve your spot a minimum of 2 hours before or you'll just have to walk. read more
