Water was dripping from everywhere and we had no clue why. In a state of panic I reached out to Sarah from Custom Built, and within minutes she was on the phone with their plumber. Customer Built has every service at the ready and a new sump was installed by their plumber within hours of that first call! Not days... hours! Sarah and the Custom Built team gave no hesitations, just action and a much needed hug. Just like our deck project communication was spot on and the job was pure quality. The flooring has been replaced and all that was needed was agreed upon and completed. We have our space back.
