I paid them for repairs and a filter replacement and when it was failing and they were not showing up to maintain our pool it cost me over $500 to have someone come get it corrected. 3 weeks of no service, the filter they installed failed, pool was green and they would not respond to calls, text messages or emails. David answered all my questions and helped me better know what I should do to help the pond and he let me know what we could do for putting a few fish in it.
