Despite the fact that she was only buying a little betta, she was given the full attention of the staff who helped her, who also asked her all kinds of questions about her set-up, what area we lived in (specifically our water source), and her experience so far. They listened to what she said and tailored guidance and advice for her, taking her every bit as seriously as if she was buying a full saltwater system. For a few bucks, they sold her five gallons of pre-treated water ideal for a betta. She loves the betta she got, and this one is lively, healthy, and happy.

They have bigger tanks and should've accommodated this eel. It just felt wrong. They don't seem to take good care of the fish here as well as they could. This is just my opinion.
