Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. There was no disclosure that there was a daily rate to keep our car there and the only reason why it stayed on their lot is that they were impossible to get a hold of, it took them nearly a week to tell us they couldn't help us, and then another week for us to actually get them to assist us in moving the car. In fact, they refused to move the car even when we wanted to pay cash asap to get the car to someone who could help us. They were rude, unprofessional, did not return calls and we were left with a bill of over $2,000 for a simple tow. It was a complete nightmare scenario and we feel robbed and taken advantage of. Please avoid this company as they will steal from you.

They…read moretold me it couldn't be fixed and replaced the tire with another brand tire with different tread and geometry. I told them a boat trailer couldn't have two different tires on it. They argued with me and would not exchange the tire to match the damaged one. Needless to say, the boat trailer handles terribly down the highway. They refuse to make it right. I would expect a professional tire facility to know better. $125 paid in tuition. Two new matching tires now on trailer and it is fine. STAY AWAY!!!

He said no problem, drop it off and they would just squeeze it in. He said it would be $11. I dropped the tire and rim off he stated it would be done shortly. So I ran around and did a few things and stopped by 2 1/2 hours later and the rim and tire were still sitting where they had placed it. I asked them how long till it was done and they said, "oh, yeah, maybe 45 minutes to AN hour. I told him I would just take it to Tire Mart and he said OK! Almost like my business was unwanted. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. I will not be doing business with them again.
