She gave me tips on how to relieve my pain after the massage. She stressed the importance of changing my behaviors. She said, I can spend thousands of dollars on a great chair or mattress, but unless I change my behaviors, I will not feel long term relief. She gave me hope. She talked about sleep and posture and the importance of not jutting me head forward when I type. This same room has an AC that was on the entire time I was freezing and when I asked to turn it off i guess it came on again at some point. We both left w stuffy noses. The man who was massaging me was breathing so hard the entire time my friend even mentioned it to me after we left. My massage was a 3 out of 10. There was no music playing I'm telling you this place was not it.
