This place closes at nine. You get there at 7:30 and they will not allow you to wash clothes. It's nasty. The people are rude. They're not helpful. It's not convenient. I would never ever go to this place if you want clean clothes in good service. read more

I am a single mother, and I always have my daughter if I'm not working, which doesn't leave me with free time to run errands without her, like going to the laundromat. I've taken her to this laundromat plenty of times before with no problem, but today, Pat wanted to call the cops on me because my two year old daughter wasn't "walking". She always walks fast, everywhere we go, but never strays off from me, which is exactly what she was doing today, yet this is the first time a business has asked me to leave because of it. She told me my daughter wasn't allowed to run, but my daughter was never running. I paid my money like everyone else, but I felt targeting, and should have went to the other side away from the desk and that judgy woman. When I would walk to switch out clothes my daughter would follow me with her trot that she does. There was one time she crawled under a table, and I told her to get off the floor. She also didn't have a nap which does cause her to do things she normally wouldn't do. I work in customer service and understand that parents do let their kids run wild and how annoying that is, but that was not the case. An argument ended up evolving and Pat told me I needed to leave once my clothes were dry, then after told me I needed to leave immediately. She also asked if I was old enough to have a child and I explained I was thirty. I believe I was being discriminated against because I have tattoos, nose rings, and gauged ears. Pat even said my daughter minded well, because unless I was up walking she was sitting at the table eating or watching her tablet. I guess Pat didn't like that I made the comment about how only miserable people feel the need to worry about other peoples lives, and that's when she called the cops on me and said she hoped I had someone to take my daughter because DSS was going to take her from me. Once the cop showed up she wouldn't argue with me though, and when I left I did slam a dryer door, which she made a comment about, so I made a comment about her slamming her counter door earlier, which of course she didn't like. This whole experience was mind blowing, and I could tell Pat is a miserable old lady who wants to argue with anyone about anything she doesn't like and enjoys being a bully, since if she wasn't fussing at me her and another customer were sitting there complaining about the government and how "terrible things are" than they were "back in her day". She didn't like that I stood up to her and I guess she expected me to yell and discipline my child in public? For just following me around? Because she has a little pep in her step when she walks. Pat even said there was a "slow run" and "fast run" but only one way to walk, there was so such thing as a "slow walk" or "fast walk". There are cameras which prove my daughter wasn't running, yet she threatening to have my child taken away, which is insane coming from someone who only saw her not "walking" properly. I just feel like this woman should be exposed for her wrong doing, this isn't something she should get away with, because no customer or mother should feel the way she made me feel, putting me down as a mother when I do my absolute best everyday to parent and provide for my daughter. read more

Showed up at exactly 7:29 PM and was approached by an older women who said we could not do our one load of laundry there because they closed at 9. She said we could not wash after 7:30. When I told her it wasn't even 7:30 yet she said we had to have our clothes already in the washer and running by 7:30. So which is it? I asked just to wash and not dry, and she said no. Laundry mat doesn't close until 9PM. No where did it say anything about last loads needing to be in and washing already by 7:30. I told her I would throw them in real quick, they were ready to go already sorted. Still turned us away. So much for clean clothes for my husband for work tomorrow. read more

FYI. The prior reviewers complaining about "give the attendant money to run a machine" did not choose to purchase their own money card. This is a good laundry. It's fairly large with only a few machines inoperable when I've been there. It is clean and well lit and open a little later at night than the next laundry further down highway 7 in Ranlo. I'll admit I usually go to other laundres in Gastonia though, because there are not many businesses nearby this one which I'm likely to use. My one little gripe (my own fault) is that if you put the card in, start a machine, and forget to remove your card, you will end up purchasing a double-wash! read more

This is a very clean laundromat. My 1st and only time using it. The attendant is VERY helpful in letting you in on how their card system works. Never once did she make us feel "stoopid" for asking any questions. I had a load of towels and one of my delicates & workout clothes (also delicates). ALL but one of 8 tops got fried in the dryers ON MEDIUM HEAT. I sat in front of the dryer checking it every 5 min, but the last 5 min (@22 min) was still too much. We will be buying a washer & dryer next month. I cannot go thru anymore 'lost' clothing. Still, if you must go to a laundromat, this one is clean and I would say as safe as one could be. read more

In town on business and at the bottom of my suitcase, and the hotel has no laundry facility. This place was a great find that accommodated my one-off needs, didn't ask me to buy a card that I would never use again, and even helped me load the machine (I probably looked a bit out of place...). Thank you for a great customer experience. Even though it's just clean socks and underwear, quality shines through. Nothing less than five stars for this visit. read more

Laundromats aren't sexy, but this one may be the best I've been in. The staff was very helpful. The machines worked well. It was clean & brightly-lit, with plenty of seating, carts, folding tables, and well-stocked vending machines. I had to use my debit card to add money to my cash card that runs the machines. The attendant said the first attempt didn't work and she had to run my card again. I immediately check my account online and see 2 separate charges for the same amount. I showed the attendant, she refused to refund me. She told me to call the owner the next day. I explained to her that I would be leaving town permanently early the next morning before they open. She called the owner and they still refused to refund me. Luckily, my bank has a call center open 24/7. I had my bank dispute the charge and they reversed the charge immediately. read more

Clean, plenty of machines..Do NOT put money in arcade games..I have been twice over the last year...Both times it just took my money and they are not responsible..Nor will they unplug them..No sign..nothing...Laundry machines will not take cash..nor will they let you use your debit card.I had to leave to find an ATM. Yesterday was the worsst experience I've ever had at a laundry mat. I pulled up on my bike to do some clothes early and was aproched by the older lady who works morning there she said to me I need to move on...I replied I'm here to do clothes she said my kinds not welcome there..I asked whom she was referring to she just rolled her eyes..I shrugged it off and done my clothes when finished I starting cleaning my shoes and she said in front of every one thanks for the business but I can leave now...I immediately said I'll leave when I'm finished with my stuff....she then calls Gastonia police...now I've spent alot of money there this year only to be talked to and police called on, by one of the sorriest people I've ever came across that is pure evil folks...this lady should be fired and should never be able to do anyone like that again if anyone is wondering she's the heavy set older lady that works morning..I don't recommend any one to go there the owners seem to get a kick out of demoralizing people... what they don't know is Jesus Christ is the only opinion and person I have to worry about being judged by...this lady is definitely not a Christian because Christian don't do things like that...beware of the evil at daisy fresh laundry mat. read more

So, I dropped my laundry off at 11:30 this morning. It's now 10:38 at night. I haven't received a phone call saying my clothes are ready, nor can I get in touch with anyone on the phone. After spending $78.00 on laundry service, I expect at least a call, or someone to answer the phone. I am livid. Good sized facility with many machines to accommodate any size load. Always clean and I've never had any problems with any washer or dryer. The only time that I've needed assistance is when I first got the money card and when I was having difficulties adding money; the attendants I have encountered, have been very nice. read more

We are visiting from Illinois, and came here not really expecting to do much more than just laundry. But we ended up having a wonderful time talking to Patti (the manager) and other people here and they all made us feel at home. This laundromat has vibrant personalities in those that frequent the place (church lady who lit up the place and praised Jesus and hugged those she knew there, and another lady who struck up a conversation with us about her family then shook my hand to introduce herself...something cool we don't normally encounter in Illinois ) And, a "country touch" plus...they have nice rocking chairs to use while you wait. Shady business practice. A lady who may or may not work here insisted i give her money and she would swipe her cards in my machine. She would only accept singles, which I did not have so I told her I would have to use a credit card. I was then told my $3 wash was now $10. This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced for a laundromat. The way this hispanic employee Maria & her sister treat the loyal customers is beyond me. I've been coming to this laundromat for over a year. It was convenient in between work, errands and my house. I switched my laundry days so I wouldn't do laundry when Maria is working being that she is simply just so UNPLEASANT but then they hired her sister which was just as bad. Now they both sit around the desk even when the other one isn't working just talking about the customers. And while not all may understand, I understood everything they said clearly & I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED. Unfortunately the older hispanic lady with shorter hair doesn't work often. I've had an incident with the dryers not drying and Patty was a little rude. At least Patty had the decency to apologize the next time she saw me. And she was genuinely apologizing. I would have switched my laundry days again so that I only do laundry when these two employees are working but after voicing my concerns to the owner, and seeing how little she cares and how she is willing to do absolutely nothing, I REFUSE TO KEEP GIVING HER MY HARD EARNED MONEY! read more
