The manager was mad that I was exchanging it. He said I needed to wait six days in the future before doing an exchange. He said he would go ahead and do it this time. I guess I should feel thankful. I'm not going to wait 6 days to see if my dog eats some food or not. I just just won't be going back to this establishment and making any future purchases. She was so kind and patient with me while I was having a minor freak out. She very skillfully trimmed and styled what was left of his hair and now he's very cute! I explained what I wanted, and they looked in his profile because I guess all the PetSmart grooming salons are connected so they were able to see the notes I don't like shampoos with fragrance and sometimes they spray doggy perfume on, and I told them please don't do that early on in his grooming life so all those notes are in there and they followed him from El Paso to Dallas they also saw the notes about how to give him his shave and then the little mohawk so it was easy. He did really well with his groomer and he looks so handsome. My groomer was Maria P and she has a good eye and a good neck for making the dogs look good.

I don't know if that's reasonable since I have never owned a dog before. I thought I was team cat but after having Max I'm surely loving every minute of his love and affection. I digress! They need 24 hrs cancelation notice or there's a $25 fee. The business is old and needs major updates. It doesn't have aisles merchandise. Selection is limited. Groomers are friendly. I dropped my dog off at 8 am and he was ready by 2 pm. He looked so handsome with his fresh new cut. I will bring him back here again. I want the dog to become familiar so he's not terrified.
