Great sandwiches and great prices. Cal ahead for easy pick up. This is my go to for pick up to bring to the zoo or park.

So convenient and the owners are great. It's also the easiest way to refill your propane tank

I spoke to a wonderful representative who setup a redeliver later in the evening, by that time, many items had sold out and my groceries were left on the steps in the passage way with many missing items. I tip great, however, I will not tip for bad service. I am left upset about this service.

" I've been an Amazon Fresh client know for some time and am impressed by the online delivery service. It's great to place my order online, get great deals and pick the date and time of my grocery delivery. It's really a seamless experience and Amazon really carries a wealth of products. Additionally, the prices can be significantly lower on numerous items from staples such as milk and produce. ( Cherries $1.99 a pound). There are also Amazon deals on certain products, for example, a box of Amazon brand cereal bars were @$2. I was passing through Plainview today and was excited to see an Amazon Fresh location and popped in. The store offers everything online with a couple of extras like Rotisserie chicken not offered online. I wanted to try the California sushi 10 piece and found Beecher's cheese and picked that up as well. The only hitch was at checkout: I scanned my Amazon Prime Member bar code which should have automatically used my card on file from online which it didn't. No worries.. The store has a nice layout, friendly staff and clean. Prime deals for Prime members.

I have been a sporadic customer in the last 3. I call them old and dear friends now. I have known these employees( some) since 2018 and when I walked in 20 days ago and saw the terrific Teresa by the produce section, we caught up on our families and life as she was putting out the salads. Gigi ( the G pronounced like in Give) was 15 feet away and I got a big hug and we talked about working out and our diets. Steve spotted me with Gigi and came over and wished me. There are smiles everywhere and a fun atmosphere as the new employees saw this and fed off the energy and the tone. My namesake Ray also hugged me and asked about my Mom. Elena the Manager is the absolute best - she personally catered( from her pocket) a meal for homeless Veterans in NY in 2023. The products are amazing- yes. The variety and quality is tremendous We all know that. The prices are awesome. The managers and team in this store are the X factor and any newbie dropped into this environment of Veteran employees in the para above are going to rise to the top. I love that they keep moving the greeting card rack. Love that sampling is back.( waiting for the coffee). Love bringing in my out of state TJ bags and entering the $25 raffle. Their avocados are the best. The flowers last. So does their love and care- it stays!

I like how spacious the Farmingdale location is, even on a weekend. I struggled on the self-checkout line and the staff member was super helpful and even told me the code for my bundle of herbs after they had stepped pretty far away. Super attentive! If you get the app, you get a free ice cream cone for every $100 spent. Easy to reach that if you're buying any meat or seafood here. And a bonus surprise--I found the butter-dipped soft serve available here, so I got to try that.

I enjoyed walking around and taking in the animatronics--they always make the trip feel more like an experience than a regular grocery run. In the fruit department, an employee was cutting up a pink pineapple. We were curious, and she happily offered us a sample, which felt like great customer service in action. I picked up a few sale items, but overall found most things to be a bit overpriced. For me, Stew Leonard's is more of a fun outing than a place to do all my regular grocery shopping. It's perfect for seasonal finds and unique items.

But... it was enjoyable to shop here. What was good here... super sized avocado I had to pick up for guac tomorrow.. fresh berries and produce... the full line of Tate's originally Kathleen's thin crispy cookies from Southampton... glad to see the choc chips with walnuts here... grabbed a few for a friend. They had a super looking sushi station with a man preparing good looking rolls ... a deli with prepared foods... looked and was a bit unsure of how fast the cooked food moves.... might pass on that. Cold cuts looked ok. People were friendly and ready to assist. It seems like a natural fit here... if they can pull the shoppers here in. They are really in a location that loves Ivarrone for prepared, and big Stop N Shop... but this is somehow a small version of the two combined. Maybe if they could add some fresh OJ.... none of that around.. could add to the market fresh produce vibe. It's a cute store ... hope it takes here...

Upon entering I noticed right away that the store was fully staffed, no doubt to set a good impression during the first few weeks. I saw multiple people working in every isle and behind the deli counter. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The produce department is immaculately clean and well stocked. We needed several fresh veggies and fruits after having coming home from vacation and I really got to see just what was available and the condition of the produce. Very impressed. Other isles and departments were well stocked and prices at the deli were very good. Most of the other prices were comparable and some seemed a little high and others like a good value. I wish them much success and hope that the neighborhood welcomes them as I have.
