Last week I purchase a ( beef taco salad, 3 Alaskan pollok pcs, and the new "spicy dude" MEAL. I didn't receive my drink for the meal and noticed in complete disappointment once I arrived at my house. Now my little cousin worked at the location so I figured I'd let her know and this problem would be easily resolved, however today 4/16 I went to the same location to get my drink that I already paid for and didn't ever receive... upon purchasing a half pound belt buster I explained to the staff on location about the mishap.. in return the staff was extremely rude and told me they didn't have to honor my drink.. it's a $2 dollar drink at most and it's the principal that I got treated poorly and sent home yet again without the drink I paid for that makes me irritated. This location just lost a loyal customer over a d*mn drink... I want to resolve this somehow without making matters worse but I needed to talk with someone that can help me, because of course no one there would hear me out or engage in a polite matter with me.. probably no longer be visit this location ever again, terrible experience. read more

The food was good but was taking forever, the service was horrible they took forever forgot about our order and they put their face close to our food it was disgusting and they looked like they were on crack, ambiance was horrible the room was dirty and disgusting, read more

Normally I do not have anything but rave reviews for this Dairy Queen on Moody. When I call, put my order in, order is ready when I get there. But yesterday, I tried to call and do a phone order. The phone rang 2 to 3 times and went to voice mail. No one answers. Finally, after 2 calls and the same thing, I left my order on the voice mail. Didn't do any good. I still had to order at the window. No one is monitoring the voice mail either. read more

I have a lot of memories coming here with my Grandparents after hitting the park or the zoo down the street. It looks the same as it did when I was a kid. As a matter of fact, I went here recently with my dad and he said it looks the same as it did when he was a kid. We came with a group of 10 people all getting some desserts, several blizzards and dipped cones. Ordering was easy and the girl working the counter was nice and friendly. Everything come out pretty quick for how many people we had. I loved that she actually turned the blizzards upside down before handing them out. The dining room was pretty busy for 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The restrooms were clean and maintained. Upon leaving someone came right out and wiped down the three booths we had taken up. Way to stay on top of things! Good job guys! read more

Totally incapable of making a hot hamburger. They tried twice with my order, and closest they came was room temperature. My wife's fish sandwich was ok, but stay away from the burgers if you want a hot meal. read more

Came early for lunch and ordered the chicken finger basket. Took WAY too long for order to come out, and when it finally showed up - it included stale Texas toast and cold French fries. If this is your service BEFORE the lunch hour, God help the folk that come here when it's busy... read more

Best dessert place in Victoria, that is if you get a Blizzard. Victoria lacks in good ice cream, so if you're feeling in the mood for some unhealthy dairy, this is the place to go. Food here is generally solid, would not recommend going here for a large meal, though. read more

They were very nice, however, I think Dairy Queen is considered as fast food. This Dairy Queen was anything but fast. Again manners were on point, but I hope that they get on the ball. They need to be quick on their feet. read more

One star is for the person who took our order, she was friendly. The other star is because I was reminded of my childhood being there. It hasn't been changed like other dqs. Memories. Yet the food was cold and bad and we had to watch an employee on duty make out with her boyfriend. Upon leaving my son wanted ice cream and we had to wait more than 5 minutes before anyone even came to help us. In fact no-one was even in sight. read more
