The best part is the kitchen is 100% visible while you're standing at the counter. You watch your food being made every step of the way and you can see how spotless everything is. As far as the food goes....I'm a fan of the soft tacos and the tators, but was not impressed with the rice (it was a little gummy and the seasoning was...strange.)
