Service was a really slow, but in their defense, there was only three employees working - one was manning the drive through window and the cash register, one was cooking and the third was doing all of the desserts. The inside is pretty small with just a couple tables available, but it was clean inside. The food was average, taste was good, but it wasn't very hot despite getting it delivered to the table as soon as it was ready. read more

This wasn't the greatest visit today! I stopped in for a rare treat that I had looked forward to and I got a mini chocolate extreme blizzard, but it was anything but extreme! The vanilla ice cream barely had any chocolate syrup in it and a few sprinkles of brownie pieces and some chocolate chip slivers. The ice cream looked vanilla and had very little chocolate. I wish I wouldn't have spent over $3 on a mini and and just asked them to redo it. The last time I did come here, it was just the way it should be. It was truly a chocolate extreme blizzard! Terrible service. The lady up front was giving free food to her friends. (Not the worst thing to do lol just noting.) When I went up, the lady working, ran to that back mid sentence as I was ordering and left me waiting until her co worker finally got my order because she saw me waiting. The initial lady who ran away, came back and threw my order on the table like it was trash. Food came out cold too. Finally, I asked for extra ketchup and literally would not give me any packets until her co worker decided to grab them on her own. I usually don't write reviews, but this was truly terrible. Update: the store manager just called. She is refunding both cakes and apologized for the issue. Last Thursday around 1:00p, i stopped at this DQ location to order 2 birthday cakes. I ordered the Reeses PB blizzard cake and the Extreme Chocolate blizzard cake. I needed them by 6:00p Friday. The employee wrote my order down, my name and phone number, and assured me this was not a problem. Friday at 6:00p, I went to the store. After waiting for approx 10 mins, the manager on duty approached me and apologetically told me that he had not received any order, AND they did not have those cakes in stock. He did say that they had 2 8-in round Oreo Cookie cakes. To say that I was upset is an understatement. With no other choice, I purchased the 2 cakes and paid full price (no discount for the mistake made). He did offer to give me a discount the next time I came in, but that won't be happening. I contacted corporate and still have not received a call. From what i understand, these stores are all franchises, so I'm not very optimistic about hearing from someone. If I could give this place less than 1 star I definitely would. You know when your craving ice cream, Dairy Queen pops into my head n they have pretty tasty food. So I drive up proceeded to wait for her to open the window but watched as she made my tacos, with those same dirty blue gloves, that had touched her hair,touched that headset she wore n who knows what else. Sprinkling the lettuce n cheese....so she comes to the window TELLS me my total, n I ask her who was the (parrot) person that had repeated me cynically n she looked clueless. I asked anyone else wearing that? She said yes n I asked her to ask if it had been her so ERICA WHO IS THE MANAGER said she didn't hear anything n was clueless to my question. It's shows online, on Apple Maps, and on the establishments DOOR that they are open until 11pm. I showed up at 9:02 last night and was refused service. There was 5+ people standing in there kitchen just staring at people coming to order, and refused everyone service. I sat at the drive through for maybe five minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. When they finally did They were rude and yelled at me "LEAVE!" With no explanation. I was confused. I had to yell out of my window to get answer as to why. One girl said they always close at 9pm. Then another said that they just started closing at 9 because they were short handed. I get being short handed but The fact they couldn't even give me a straight answer pissed me off. UPDATE YOUR TIMES ONLINE if you're closed. And train your people to not be assholes to potential customers. Or perhaps just STAY CLOSED. I went and bought ice cream and candy and made my own blizzards at home. Just left the drive-thru... 12/10/23 at 4PM... no receipt, no napkins, no ketch-up or other condiments. Ordered a hamburger, it was under cook. The girl at the register was too busy it seems in flirting with the cook to pay any attention to my requests of a receipt or condiments. Horrible service and food. This was not normal for this DQ... but it has been a few months since I've been here, may be longer before I ever return. this is literally the absolute worst Dairy Queen. i only go because it's so close to my job but it's not even worth it. every time i go i have to wait at least 15 minutes for my food even if the store is empty!!! today was the worst though. i waited 20 minutes for a kids chicken strip meal..20 minutes out of a 30 minute lunch break for 2 strips and a small fry. the cashier was just sitting at the window damn near sleep on the register then when i asked for a refund the manager had an attitude and snatched the drink back. you could have at least let me keep that for the inconvenience. they need new management read more

I ordered the new chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. It was $3.45 but I only had $3.00 in cash. We ordered two blizzards, when it was finally our turn to pay the cashier did the usual flip but it was melted... she proceeded to apologize and say our policy is "we can make you a new one or give you a refund." We initially opted for the refund and began to eat/drink our milky blizzard while we waited. The very rude manager then came up to window and said "what do you mean they want a refund, they still "eatin" it?!" and stormed off. She was very upset and disrespectful to us and her employee, all seen through the windows of the drive through. Girl at register apologized again and went ahead and just made us 2 new ones since manager clearly did not want to go through that extra effort to give a refund. She is a poor excuse of a manager. Just went here yesterday and the food was of High Quality as was the service. People here are well trained and super friendly. I love this stores staff, they are always happy to assit you and all of them seem to be smiling 24/7. The food is still priced right and as I said, of high quality and always made fresh. Yes...you will hav eto wait a second or two for your order, but it will be worth the wait!! My mother and I return here time again and again. You will not be sorry to visit this DQ. I pulled up, asked the girl at the window, what's the fasted thing to get, SHE HAD NO IDEA. The cook offered me a beef basket that was sitting there. I ordered taco and a drink. She over charged me. When I said something the manager came to the window and gave me cash. This was the worse drive thru experience I have ever had. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS. If the speaker is broken, the people standing around inside doing nothing should be outside running orders. If that manager can't manage his store, he needs to go. Not worth the money... I bought a Triple Buster Combo the other day and it was under cooked, pink inside all 3 meats actually...then what lettuce that was in the burger was all the white hard end pieces, no green lettuce at all. Likewise, the Steak Finger Combo I ordered was overly cooked in one order in being like beef jerky with a second Steak Finger Order of only the four finger meats, being under cooked. Also, I was not told the only price difference between the Steak Finger Combo and ordering only the four Steak Fingers alone, was .49 cents. I could have order a second complete combo for only .49 cents more. The clerks didn't bother to offer a word of suggestion. I paid in the end over $30 for raw and overly cooked food. Two stars for the lady who helped us after our order was placed. Everything else was rough. We got three steak finger meals, a chicken strip meal, a cheeseburger kids meal and a steak finger kids meal. We ended up with a steak finger meal instead of the chicken strip meal we ordered. No offer to fix it or make amends. They were basically just like oops! My son was willing to eat it so I let it go. Moving on, everything just tasted soggy. Nothing was fried crunchy like you would expect. My daughter refused her burger which is very strange for her. My husband tried a bite to see if she was just being a kiddo who didn't want to eat and he literally spit it out. That was enough to let her off the hook. We originally intended to order dessert as well but after our failed meal we decided to go elsewhere. The restaurant is extremely dirty.
