The bread is small and just terrible. My kid said it best... looks like fake bread and was chewing air. The chicken strips are unevenly cooked. Some were just burned to a crisp. The fries are terrible. Tasted like pure potatoes, but uncooked potatoes. The sauce is way too thick and does not have a good flavor. The sauce had an underlying pickle flavor, which in my opinion does not go well with the meal. We ordered a 4 pc and an 8pc meal and it was $36. An absolute rip off!! I don't think I've been disappointed in a meal like this in quite some time.

I know most people don't look at reviews for McDonald's, but I'll give my two cents. It's hard getting in and out of here for one thing. It's hard to get into one of the two lanes for the drive through cause traffic backs up into the road. And if you decide to try to leave when in the drive thru, good luck. You're stuck till you're already at the box to order.. maybe.. you usually get blocked in. DO NOT PARK. The parking is RIGHT beside the drive thru, so if you manage to park.. good luck trying to get out cause the drive through lanes are the parking lot, so you can't back out and leave! So if anything go park at Waffle House next door, and walk over. Service.. classic McDonald's. People that seem to hate their lives. Occasionally you'll get lucky with nice people. Other than that typical fast food, "I don't want to be here" attitudes. OH! And little complaint but it always frustrates me.. if you order chicken nuggets.. dont bother expecting getting your sauce, or when they're handing you your bag go ahead and tell them what sauce you already told them when you ordered cause it WILL NOT be there. I NEVER get my sauce when I get them.. and you can't exactly park like I explained earlier on to go in and get them so it makes it impossible. Same goes for straws, and napkins. Basically anything that person at the window is suppose to get for you, you'll have to ask. Other than that.. it's a McDonald's. Just like every other one. 3 stars just for that reason.

I arrived the other morning with hardly any cars in the drive through or parking spots. This will be a breeze I thought. I ordered via the app and entered my spot. After 20 minutes, I still had not received my order so I tried to cancel it and it said they had already started on it. I walked into the lobby to check. Cashiers were on their phones, who appeared to be the manager on duty walked past me more than once, and nobody said anything to me. I could see my ticket up where they load the bags just sitting there while other tickets were being worked. Finally, the man said "What you waiting on?" I told him that mobile order that I placed 20 minutes ago. He turns, tells the workers what to fix (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), they fix it, and he hands me the bag. No apology, no words, nothing. Oh well, after several good experiences, I chalked it up as they were just having a bad day. A few days later, I went for lunch. Again, I figured it could not happen twice...right? I pulled up and submitted my order on the mobile app for two McChicken sandwiches. Other people coming and going...workers bringing other people's food outside. After 20 minutes, I cancelled my order through the app. So this time, they had not even started on my order and I sure was not going to walk in. Needless to say, it will be a while before I go back there. Something has obviously changed.

We waited at the drive-thru speaker for over 10 minutes with no response -- not even an acknowledgment. So we pulled up to the window, thinking maybe something was wrong. What we got instead was the most unprofessional and rude interaction I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The woman working the window was heavy-set, dark-skinned, with very short hair -- and from the second she opened the window, her attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and absolutely unacceptable. She acted like we were bothering her just by existing, let alone trying to order food. We immediately decided not to place an order because her demeanor gave us zero trust in the quality or safety of the food. I'm not going to risk eating something prepared by someone who clearly doesn't care about customer service or basic decency. If this is the kind of person being put on the front line to represent your business, it says a lot about your management and hiring standards. I will never return to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

While the manager gave me a refund, that really doesn't help. I would have rather not have wasted my time and limited lunch break. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew they were that slow.
