Joseph was amazing from the moment we walked through the door! He was patient while we ordered and made sure everything was correct by repeating our order back to us. Our food came out fresh and hot (yum!), and the service truly stood out. It was nice to see how well the staff worked together, balancing both the drive-thru and front counter during a busy time. They stayed professional and kept things moving, which I definitely admire. The bathrooms were clean, and the lobby was spotless. We originally planned to take our food to go, but the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness made us decide to dine in instead--and I'm glad we did! Since the new owner has taken over product isn't being ordered on time the place seems to be out or low on a lot of things. The new employer doesn't know California labor laws and doesn't pay his employees on there pay date he says oops I didn't get it in on time so instead of being paid on Thursday they now have to wait until Monday to be paid he didn't even have the consideration to let his employees know they weren't getting paid on time but per labor laws he is currently 2 days in on penalties for every employee not paid. These business won't change until they are reported. It's sad because it's mostly young people that work there and they don't know any better. The labor board should check this place out period. read more

Tried Dairy Queen once again, I was ordered the double cheeseburger and ended up with a single, their mistake. They told me "sorry" nothing else was done about It! The interesting part of it all, the single cheeseburger is the same price as the double cheeseburger in price. When I asked the manager how much is the triple cheeseburger it's more in price. So the single and the double are the same price but you have to pay way more for a triple cheeseburger So always get the double cause it's the same price as the single cheeseburger! I was craving a cheeseburger and decided to give DQ another try. I pulled up to the drive through at 4pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me. The wait was very short. From the time I ordered to the time I got my cheeseburger was less than 15 minutes. Speedy service. Burger was hot. The one and only issue is that my burger had so much mustard and ketchup all over it like if they had put in on the outside and inside. No picture because we were eating in the car on the way home. Terrrible food. Horrendous service. Absolutely lacking of any manner of ambiance. And I got food poisoning from undercooked fries.

The cashier took our order and repeatedly interrupted, talked-through and over me. His manner of speech was frantic and very very fast. I have the distinct impression that he has a problem with methamphetamine abuse. The cashier was extremely rude to my family and I. He never made eye contact with me and actually rolled his eyes repeatedly as I spoke to him. I think he is a prejudiced racist who shits on people who don't share his label. He loudly proclaimed that my card was no good. He tried to shame me! He stood in the window, with his arms crossed, repeatedly rolling his eyes while I transferred money on my phone. Our seven dollar meal deal was cooler than luke-warm. It was not served with cream gravy. A sprinkling of cold fries was splayed-out in the bottom of each box. They had no ice. They had no water. They provided us a sauce--other than that which we asked for. In short it was a thoroughly shitty experience and I don't intend on coming back here. 30$ and I could get better food from a dollar menu! I have the distinct impression that this waiter was the manager--as through the glass he seemed to bully his co-workers by flippantly turning his back on them as they spoke to him. In any case, he should've been fired well before his audacity escalated to the point of abusing members of the public--who are strangers to him. His earrings look foul and likely to carry bacteria. Truly, I'm afraid to eat the food I bought--for fear of botulism poisoning. This kind of a personell problem doesn't just appear out of the blue--it grows, as permitted, over a period of months!
