I really love their blizzards,banana split and their dipped ice cream cone I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

The new building is nice but don't order food here. Today 4-6-23, we decided to go after church,approx 8:10, wife ordered the frito chili burger and I ordered the Dude, both combos. As I walked away to the table I was told they were out of the Dude. Meanwhile my wife had told the young girl who took our order she wanted a vanilla Dr Pepper, which the young girl needed to add the vanilla to her cup. Wife had to tell her 6 times before she made he the vanilla Dr Pepper. I told the young girl I wanted the chicken strips instead. We got our food in about 5 minutes, pretty fast huh, we'll my wife's food was cold but mine was warm. Our fries were very salty and not real hot. Wife took her food home, warmed it up in the microwave and ate at home. She told me "we don't have to go back there". I agreed. It's a shame too because the old store had good employees and food. The new dairy queen is one of the worse I've ever seen. We went in today and ordered 2 burritos and a dude, I only got one of my burritos and the KID at the register said you only had one plus she never gave me a receipt. Then when the food finally came out I didn't have any untinsels to eat with and I had to go up there and get them myself. It's sad because I used to like dairy queen but now I'm having second thoughts. read more

Worthless and horrible service!!! Do not expect to be acknowledged much less greeted...as she huffed and puffed to open the window and rolling her eyes I asked for an order of tacos...she said we have no taco meat, I asked for an ice cream cone, she grabbed her head like I was asking for the world and I said never mind no thanks. I'm always a sucker for a blizzard, so it's convenient that my kids love getting a free treat with their DQ kids' meal. Regardless of my daughters being embarrassed, I admitted to the cashier/server that the tea was not its usual tasty self - it was "off" as in a mix of coffee and cigarettes. However, Serenity was super helpful. Since I didn't want another kind of drink, she let me apply the cost of my giant drink to a mini blizzard. I really wanted to have pecans in the pumpkin Blizzard. I offered to pay extra to have pecans in it but only had a $1. She said she'd try, but when she brought the pumpkin to me, she said the manager had overheard and wouldn't let her. I was nervous about seeming like a bother but wanted to ensure that the worker who helped me wasn't in trouble and to confess that I didn't like the pie bits in the pumpkin. The manager wasn't available; however, another worker named Vanessa spoke to me and was very nice and accommodating to ensure we left having had a pleasant experience. I only wish I'd remembered to get my receipt so I could earn points on the app, but I wasn't going up to dare bother them again! read more

If you like DQ food you'll love this place. AND they have great Mexican food as well. Ask them for the Mexican food menu as it's not on the sign...it's really good. read more

Disappointed in the service today. Waited 15 minutes for a burger. Pretty sure I was forgotten about but got no apology for how long it took. I'm hesitant to go back. If I do go back and have a better experience I'll update the stars. Gonna try chicken express. read more

Took twenty minutes to get our order (we went thru the drive thru) and it was wrong. Very frustrated, we may not have gotten the order if we did not go down and ask for it. Was hoping for aomething fast, because we are traveling. Won't ever go back there again. read more
